Kobo’s Price Match Guarantee means if you buy an eBook or a single digital magazine, you can ask for a price match within seven days of purchase. If your request qualifies, Kobo will credit your account with the difference between Kobo’s price and the competitor’s advertised price, plus an extra 10% of the competitor’s price. They aim to check and respond to requests within three business days. Credits go to your Kobo account and can’t be redeemed for cash.
A product is eligible only if the competing offer is identical to what you bought on Kobo (for eBooks this means the same ISBN) and you submit a completed price-match request within seven days of purchase. The competing offer must not be cheaper because of an advertising error, misprint or a special combination promotion, and it must be sold by an authorised retailer in the specified territory.
