Branches will try to supply rings in a suitable size for viewing and can arrange one FREE adjustment after purchase. It’s a good idea to check availability with your chosen store before relying on a reservation.
F.Hinds offers a 30 day change of mind guarantee on most products - return unused items for a refund or exchange within that time. Exclusions include personalised and specially ordered items, certain ring sizes outside the standard range and smartwatches already paired with a device. Pierced earrings and body jewellery bought in store may not be returnable for hygiene reasons once they’ve left the branch. Refunds go back to the original payment method and will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing the refund.
If you return an online order by post, you’re responsible for the return postage and for ensuring adequate postage is paid. F.Hinds asks for proof of postage from the Post Office in case a parcel is lost in transit. If insufficient postage has been paid and F.Hinds incurs costs, those costs may be deducted from your refund. Pack returns securely and include the completed Returns Form sent to the Online Customer Services address.
Once a return is accepted, F.Hinds will issue refunds as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after agreeing to give the refund. If you handed the return in at a branch and they can’t process a refund immediately, the item will be sent to Head Office - allow 7–10 working days for the Online Team to process it. It may take an extra 2–3 working days for funds to appear in your account. Refunds use the original payment method unless exceptional circumstances require a bank transfer, in which case the company will contact you.
For exchanges, you’re generally asked to return the original order for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement to keep things quick. Ring size exchanges within the standard ranges (I–U for ladies and P–Z for men) are included FREE of charge once after purchase, provided the ring is returned in saleable condition. F.Hinds runs a Price Promise that will match qualifying lower prices from a specified list of retailers, subject to terms and conditions. Price matching applies only to the retailers on the company’s list and is available in store rather than online. The item must be in stock, identical (or equivalent for non‑branded jewellery) and available for immediate purchase, with the comparison including any shipping charges. The Price Promise can’t be used with other offers and the company may exclude certain promotions or withdraw the policy at any time.
Orders over £95.00 require a signature on delivery for security. All Express Delivery parcels also require a signature regardless of order value. This helps protect higher value items and customers. If your order was paid wholly or partly with an F.Hinds Gift Card, any refund due will be issued on a new Gift Card posted to you. Refunds for other payment methods will be returned to the original method wherever possible. If an exceptional circumstance prevents refunding to a card, the company will contact you to arrange an alternative such as a bank transfer. This keeps gift card balances preserved and returned securely.
Yes - larger or heavier items like clocks and jewellery boxes may be sent using Express Delivery even if you didn’t select it, at no extra cost.
