If your request qualifies, Kobo will credit your account with the difference between Kobo’s price and the competitor’s advertised price, plus an extra 10% of the competitor’s price. They aim to check and respond to requests within three business days. Credits go to your Kobo account and can’t be redeemed for cash.
A product is eligible only if the competing offer is identical to what you bought on Kobo (for eBooks this means the same ISBN) and you submit a completed price-match request within seven days of purchase.
