Free delivery applies to many smaller rolled maps for UK and Republic of Ireland addresses, though restrictions apply for larger items and some regions.

We have a 10:00am order cut‑off for Next Day delivery on qualifying products placed Monday–Thursday. Orders placed by 10:00am on Friday will be delivered on Monday under the Next Day service. Deliveries run Monday–Friday excluding bank or public holidays. Next Day is only available on a selection of products, is tracked and requires a signature. Availability and the exact delivery day are confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Larger wall maps are sometimes shipped by courier rather than Royal Mail, and customers are asked to inspect the packaging before signing. If the packaging or product looks damaged, refuse delivery or sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us promptly. Where possible, remove the map from its packaging and inspect it too, as damage can sometimes be hidden. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company or local delivery office; we don’t control or estimate them. Tariffs and local taxes aren’t included in the order price at checkout, so check with your local customs office for an estimate. We make this clear on the delivery information page and at purchase.
Our standard returns window is 14 days from the date you receive the item for most purchases. For items bought between 1 November and 31 December, we extend the returns period so eligible purchases can be returned until 15 January. Returns must be in their original condition and you should contact customer services before sending anything back. Personalised and made‑to‑order items are excluded and cannot be returned.
If an item is returned in line with the returns policy and it was supplied as advertised, we’ll refund the cost of the item but deduct any delivery charges paid. We print personalised text exactly as supplied, so double‑check spellings and details before ordering. Digital supplies delivered electronically are also non‑refundable once delivered. Other non‑personalised items may be returned within the stated windows provided they meet the condition requirements.
Please contact customer services by email or phone to confirm a return before sending goods back. The returns address is 10 Hanborough Business Park, Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, OX29 8RU - label the parcel with RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number. Include a copy of your delivery note inside the package to help with processing. We recommend using a tracked courier or registered post because we can’t refund items that aren’t received by the returns department.
If goods arrive damaged, inspect them before signing for a courier delivery and refuse or note damage on the delivery paperwork if present.
