The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and she decided to wait for the sale and see if her dreams would come true! We offer a few UK delivery choices and show the starting costs clearly at checkout. The Priority option starts from £3.75 and gets your order to you several days quicker than the Free service. Next Day is offered on selected products and starts from £5.95 for orders placed by 10:00am Monday–Thursday. Free delivery applies to many smaller rolled maps for UK and Republic of Ireland addresses, though restrictions apply for larger items and some regions.
Free delivery is available on many smaller rolled maps for customers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and is shown on product pages where it applies. It’s not available for larger items going to Northern Ireland, some parts of Ireland, the UK Highlands and UK Islands; delivery costs for those locations are shown at checkout. We also offer FREE overseas delivery on some smaller rolled maps sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery method and eligibility for FREE delivery will be made clear before you buy.
Starting costs for international delivery options are published on our delivery page and shown at checkout. The Overseas Priority (tracked and signed) option starts from £4.95 and includes tracking with a signature on delivery. The Overseas Express courier option starts from £8.70 and is available for all products with tracked courier delivery and a required signature. Exact costs depend on product size, finish and destination and are shown during checkout.
We have a 10:00am order cut‑off for Next Day delivery on qualifying products placed Monday–Thursday. Orders placed by 10:00am on Friday will be delivered on Monday under the Next Day service. Deliveries run Monday–Friday excluding bank or public holidays. Next Day is only available on a selection of products, is tracked and requires a signature. Availability and the exact delivery day are confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Larger wall maps are sometimes shipped by courier rather than Royal Mail, and customers are asked to inspect the packaging before signing. If the packaging or product looks damaged, refuse delivery or sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us promptly. Where possible, remove the map from its packaging and inspect it too, as damage can sometimes be hidden. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company or local delivery office; we don’t control or estimate them. Tariffs and local taxes aren’t included in the order price at checkout, so check with your local customs office for an estimate. We make this clear on the delivery information page and at purchase.
Our standard returns window is 14 days from the date you receive the item for most purchases. For items bought between 1 November and 31 December, we extend the returns period so eligible purchases can be returned until 15 January. Returns must be in their original condition and you should contact customer services before sending anything back. Personalised and made‑to‑order items are excluded and cannot be returned.
If an item is returned in line with the returns policy and it was supplied as advertised, we’ll refund the cost of the item but deduct any delivery charges paid. Please include a copy of the delivery note and mark the parcel clearly with the return details we provide. Items not received by the returns department or returned in a different condition from how they were sent cannot be refunded. For digital supplies delivered electronically, refunds cannot be offered once delivery has occurred.
Personalised maps made to your specification, such as bespoke wall maps or postcode‑centred maps, are non‑returnable. We print personalised text exactly as supplied, so double‑check spellings and details before ordering. Digital supplies delivered electronically are also non‑refundable once delivered. Other non‑personalised items may be returned within the stated windows provided they meet the condition requirements.
Please contact customer services by email or phone to confirm a return before sending goods back. The returns address is 10 Hanborough Business Park, Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, OX29 8RU - label the parcel with RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number. Include a copy of your delivery note inside the package to help with processing. We recommend using a tracked courier or registered post because we can’t refund items that aren’t received by the returns department.
If goods arrive damaged, inspect them before signing for a courier delivery and refuse or note damage on the delivery paperwork if present. You must report any damaged item within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and help. For incorrectly packed or supplied items we will arrange collection and send the correct products. Contact details for reporting damage or incorrect items are on the contact and returns pages.
Many delivery options, including Free, Priority and Next Day services, may require a signature on delivery. Tracked options such as Next Day and some overseas services explicitly require a signature. Make sure someone can sign or choose a different delivery address if needed. Delivery method and signature requirements are shown in the checkout and shipment information.
Our homepage and product pages show clear price examples for specific items, such as Scratch The World travel maps and other featured products. For example, the Scratch The World map is shown from £15.30 (regular price £18.00) and other featured prints show prices like £16.15 or £13.60 depending on product and size. These sample prices reflect typical retail bands for different map styles and finishes; exact price depends on size, finish and any customisation and is confirmed at checkout.
You can check order status by logging into My Account and viewing Order Shipments, where tracking links may be available. Not all orders have a tracking code, but where tracking exists it gives up‑to‑date delivery information. The estimated delivery date is included in your Order Confirmation email - please allow until that date for arrival. If the estimated date has passed, contact us for further help.
Lovell Johns, our parent company, uses WorldPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay for online payments. These options give secure choices at checkout for card and digital wallet transactions. Security details and payment handling are summarised in the site’s terms and conditions. These gateways handle online payments rather than storing card data directly on the site.
If you have questions about delivery, returns or product suitability, please contact our customer services team - telephone and postal contact details are on the contact page.
