Ella had her eye on parking at Manchester airport costing a total of £82.50 at BCP, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at BCP and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Ella used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £44.55 - a massive saving of £37.95! The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and she decided to wait for the sale and see if her dreams would come true! After many good experiences, Ella has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from BCP.

A lot of shoppers use BCP promo codes to shave pounds off airport parking and hotels. The voucher box at checkout is dead simple to use, and BCP discount codes can make pre-booking noticeably cheaper. Top tip: applying a code can mean cutting 10% off your next trip and leaving more money for days out.
Usually a quick search will turn up BCP voucher codes for meet and greet, park and ride or hotel packages. Don’t forget to check expiry dates and T&Cs so you don’t miss a last-minute saving. That small extra saved on parking soon adds up to less travel stress and more spending power on holiday.
Seasonal flash sales and weekend deals often refresh the BCP offers across UK airports. With short-window discounts you can snap up cheap overnight hotels, parking bundles or lounge access that cut overall trip costs. Cutting 15% off a hotel-plus-parking package often means you can upgrade a meal or add an extra night out.
The best BCP deals tend to pop up around bank holidays and school half-terms, so keep an eye on those dates. Signing up for alerts helps you spot limited-time offers before they vanish. Beyond the price, these deals can turn a frantic travel day into a calmer, happier start to your break.
From meet and greet to park and ride, BCP covers a wide range of service categories so you can pick what suits your journey. Advanced bookings for car hire or airport lounges can save you up to 60% compared to gate prices. Imagine keeping that extra cash for a taxi from the station or a nicer meal on arrival.
Lots of travellers forget hotels-with-parking bundles, which combine convenience and savings in one booking. Don’t underestimate the relief of a relaxed pre-flight night that still fits your budget. Small choices in service level can make a big difference to total trip cost and peace of mind.
Seasonal spikes like bank holiday travel often trigger targeted BCP offers across major airports such as Gatwick and Manchester. With a bit of planning you can use booking guides to time purchases and grab airport parking discounts before demand pushes prices up. Cut 10% or more by booking early and you’ll feel the benefit straight away.
Last-minute flash sales also appear for quieter travel windows, so a flexible date search pays off. Top tip: compare meet and greet versus park and ride for the same dates to find the better deal. Beyond seasonal events, simple booking habits keep more money in your pocket for days out and family treats.
Joining newsletters or loyalty lists often unlocks exclusive BCP promo codes and priority deals. Email-only offers can give you percentage discounts and early-bird access to limited parking stock. The emotional win is clear - being first in line for a cheaper, less stressful start to holiday time.
Loyalty perks frequently include personalised savings on repeat bookings and occasional freebies like lounge vouchers. Don’t forget to check for student or NHS discounts during peak planning times. Beyond sales events, loyalty perks help your savings stretch further and make trips feel intentionally affordable.
From airport lounges to travel insurance and car hire, BCP deals can package comfort with value. Many shoppers use voucher codes to lower the cost of extras so the whole trip feels upgraded without the guilt. Cutting the cost of lounge access by even a small percent gives you quieter time and a calmer start to travel.
Combining insurance, hire cars and parking in one checkout often yields better overall pricing than booking separately. Top tip: look for bundle deals that include hotels near Heathrow or Stansted for easy transfers. Those little extras, when saved on, can transform a hectic journey into a proper mini-break.
With price protection policies and match promises, BCP helps you feel confident your booking is fairly priced. Many travellers take comfort in knowing they can claim a refund if a cheaper equivalent appears within 24 hours. That reassurance turns saving money into peace of mind too.
The smartest bookings usually combine early reservations with flexibility checks and promo code use to lock in the best outcome. Don’t forget to read cancellation rules and compare alternatives like Maple Parking or Holiday Extras for the same dates. Small planning steps lead to bigger savings and a calmer start to holiday plans.
BCP says an administration fee of £9.50 applies if you cancel outside the non‑refundable window. Some parking products are non‑amendable and non‑refundable, so those bookings won’t qualify for any refund. If you cancel within a non‑amendable period you’ll be charged the full rate for the booking. All cancellations and amendments must be made through the booking system or customer services and are subject to the product terms and conditions.
For products that are amendable and cancellable, BCP lets you cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel after that 24‑hour window the full rate will normally be charged. Special advanced purchase prices are often non‑amendable and non‑refundable, so you usually can’t cancel those without charge. Always check the terms for the specific product you bought to confirm the exact cancellation rules.
Yes - BCP advertises advanced purchase deals that are non‑refundable and non‑amendable in exchange for a lower price. These deals are cheaper than more flexible packages but can’t be changed or cancelled once booked, so pick up early if you want reduced rates. All such bookings remain subject to the individual product terms and conditions.
For certain partner bookings bought via BCP, cancellations and amendments must be made through the partner (for example Holiday Extras) and follow that partner’s terms and conditions. BCP’s site points out you should follow the specific amendment/cancellation instructions on your booking confirmation. Where partner terms apply, the partner’s cancellation administration fee and policy take precedence. Check your booking documentation for the exact steps to follow.
BCP explains charges are calculated from midnight on a 24‑hour basis and that daily charges apply per whole or part day. So, for billing purposes a week is treated as eight days and two weeks as 15 days. This reflects the car park’s daily‑rate approach regardless of your exact arrival time. Expect the daily charge to apply for any part of a day you use.
BCP states there’s no additional discount for booking more than one vehicle at the same time. Prices on the site are quoted per vehicle and are already presented at a discounted rate. Each vehicle must therefore be booked and paid for at the per‑vehicle price shown. Don’t expect multi‑car discounts beyond the published per‑vehicle pricing.
BCP defines “Gate price” as the daily rate charged directly by the car park operator. This is distinct from any pre‑booked or discounted online rates offered through BCP. Gate price is the on‑the‑day cost you’d pay without pre‑booking. The site uses this term so you can compare pre‑booked savings against the standard on‑site charge.
BCP states on specific product terms that prices include VAT at the rate shown on the site. The site indicates quoted prices are inclusive of VAT for the products described. Any card surcharges are separate and the site reserves the right to notify you of such surcharges before confirmation. Expect the displayed price to include VAT unless otherwise noted.
BCP promotes a Price Protection policy on many airport pages, showing a commitment to matching or protecting the price. The site highlights this as part of its customer proposition for airport parking. Check the specific Price Protection terms for eligibility and the types of bookings covered. The protection is part of BCP’s broader pricing assurances on selected products.
Several airport pages on BCP’s site show “Free Cancellation” for particular products, meaning some bookings can be cancelled without charge within the allowed cancellation window. This benefit only applies to the products explicitly labelled with FREE cancellation and not to all rates. Check the product details to confirm whether your chosen rate includes FREE cancellation - the booking page and confirmation will set out the applicable timeframe.
BCP lists many hotel pages that explicitly state breakfast is included for certain packages, such as Maple Manor and many Hampton by Hilton properties. When a hotel package includes breakfast, the hotel page describes the breakfast type and any hours of service. This forms part of the package details and is confirmed at booking. Check the specific hotel page to verify breakfast inclusion for your selected package.
BCP hotel listings frequently note when FREE Wi‑Fi is provided, for example at Maple Manor and several Hampton by Hilton properties. The hotel page will say whether wi‑fi is complimentary throughout the property or whether charges may apply in certain areas. This detail appears in the room‑facilities or hotel‑facilities section for each property. Check the hotel description on the BCP site to confirm wi‑fi availability for your stay.
Some hotel pages on BCP specify transfer frequencies and associated costs, for example return transfer buses priced at £3 for certain hotels. Where a transfer fee applies it’s shown on the hotel page along with typical frequency and journey time information. Other hotels may include transfers and parking in the package price or state a separate car park charge such as a £12 nightly rate for on‑site parking at a named property. Consult the individual hotel page to find any exact transfer or parking costs quoted.
Where breakfast isn’t included, BCP hotel pages sometimes list the pay‑as‑you‑go price; for instance, the Courtyard by Marriott West page shows a buffet breakfast price of £15.95 per person. Such prices are quoted on the relevant hotel information page and apply where the selected rate doesn’t already include breakfast. The site provides exact per‑person breakfast costs for particular hotels when applicable - rely on the hotel page details when ordering breakfast separately.
BCP’s airport parking and hotel pages describe transfer services and parking arrangements but don’t set a universal baggage allowance across all partner car parks. Where partner car parks or transfer operators have baggage guidance it will be shown on the specific product or car park page. Read the chosen product’s terms and your booking confirmation for any luggage restrictions or practical transfer notes. If there’s no specific statement on the product page, normal passenger luggage suitable for standard transfer vehicles is implied.
BCP instructs customers to use the View/Amend/Cancel facility on the website or to contact customer services for help. The site provides opening hours for the contact centre and notes that all cancellations and amendments must be processed through the booking system or the relevant partner. For some products the site directs customers to the partner (for example Holiday Extras) to manage bookings, so the exact route depends on the booking channel. Follow the instructions on your booking confirmation to view or change a reservation.
BCP hotel listings describe hotel‑specific amenities but don’t guarantee universal FREE room upgrades or extended checkout times across all packages. If an upgrade or late checkout is included or available that detail will be specified on the particular hotel page or in the package description. Check the hotel’s page or your booking confirmation to see if an upgrade or extended checkout has been applied - any such benefit will be stated clearly for the relevant product.
Yes - several hotel and parking pages on BCP specify shuttle transfer frequencies and approximate journey times, such as transfers every 20 minutes with roughly 10 minutes travel time. These particulars are listed on the relevant hotel or car park information page. When transfer frequency is provided, the page makes clear whether it’s an approximate schedule and subject to change. Consult the specific product page to confirm current transfer timings for your booking.
BCP notes that credit and debit card surcharges may be levied and that any such non‑refundable charges will be clearly notified before a booking is confirmed. The site also explains payment is taken on a secure processing page at the time of booking. Where bookings are made through a partner, the partner’s payment and surcharge policies may apply. You’ll be informed of any applicable card charges at the point of payment.
BCP states it offers over 100 car parks to choose from and highlights that these are secured with regular transfers. The marketing material on the site stresses choice and the availability of a range of on‑airport and off‑airport options. Specific security measures and facilities are described on individual car park pages where relevant. Check the chosen car park’s information for detailed security and facility descriptions.
