You can pay your instalments early in Manage My Booking by choosing Make a Payment - and there’s no extra charge for doing so. Any payment you make is simply taken off the overall balance and the system will only take the remaining instalment when it’s due. If you’ve already paid more than an instalment, On The Beach won’t attempt to take that payment again. Early payments just reduce what you owe.
You can change your monthly payment date in Manage My Booking by going to Payments and selecting Change Instalment Dates, and there’s no stated fee for this. Instalment dates can be set to any day from the 1st to the 28th of the month - top tip: choose the 1st if you get paid after the 28th. The final instalment date can’t be changed. The updated schedule will show on screen once you save the change.
The final instalment date can’t be moved, so make sure the final payment is available on the scheduled date. You can adjust earlier instalments, but the system won’t allow the final payment to be shifted. Check the payment schedule in Manage My Booking before confirming any changes. If you want to change holiday dates, an admin fee of £80.00 applies outside of 60 days before travel, or £120.00 if the change is requested inside 60 days. You’ll be shown a quote for the total cost to change dates before confirming the amendment. Any supplier or airline charges will be added on top of the admin fee. Use the Make Changes section in Manage My Booking to start the process.
When changing the duration of a holiday, you may be charged an admin fee of up to £120.00 to process the amendment. Transfers and airport extras can be refunded if cancelled more than seven days before departure, but they’re non‑refundable within seven days of travel. Contact Live Chat via Manage My Booking to request the cancellation and refund. Refund eligibility is subject to supplier terms and will be shown in the cancellation breakdown online. If a refund is authorised, you’ll be asked to collect it from your On The Beach account.
Once a refund is authorised by On The Beach, you’ll get an email and must collect the refund from your On The Beach account; authorisation usually takes 5–7 working days. After you collect it, the refund is transferred back to your bank account and typically arrives within about 3–5 working days. Log in to Manage My Booking, go to Refunds and click Collect Refund to trigger the transfer. Those timeframes cover authorisation and bank processing respectively.
Package holidays include FREE pre‑trip cancellation cover for Covid on every package - this covers cancellation costs if you or a party member contracts Covid or must self‑isolate before travel.
