What is the cooling‑off period for cancelling an order after receipt?

There’s a seven‑day cooling‑off period during which you can cancel an order. You must give written notice to the company’s registered address or email within seven working days of receipt. If you cancel within that period and return the goods unopened, a refund will be issued-items must be in their original condition with seals intact.

How long does a customer have to return unopened items for a refund?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned goods should be in their original condition with seals intact to qualify. Evolution Slimming asks that you include a short note explaining the return and, if possible, an invoice number to help processing. Top tip: use recorded delivery for returns to protect yourself.

Who pays for postage when returning items?

Customers are asked to cover only the direct cost of postage to return goods-there are no restocking or administration fees. If goods are returned in their original condition, the company will refund the product cost including any P&P initially paid. Using a recorded‑delivery service for returns is recommended for your own protection.

What is the policy for refunds on faulty or incorrect items?

If an item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise the company’s fault, contact Customer Services before returning it. Evolution Slimming will advise how to send it back and will not charge you for postage in these circumstances. Faulty items may be replaced or refunded after investigation, so follow the site’s return procedure to ensure a smooth outcome.

How long does Evolution Slimming wait before investigating non‑arrival of an order?

The company waits 21 days from dispatch before investigating non‑arrival claims. Let them know if an item hasn’t arrived within that 21‑day period so they can begin enquiries. There’s a final deadline too: non‑delivery claims can’t be resolved after 60 days from dispatch, so report missing parcels promptly.

Do product prices shown on Evolution Slimming include VAT?

Prices shown on the site include VAT but exclude delivery costs. So the product price you see is the final price for the goods themselves where VAT applies, and any delivery charges will be added at checkout based on your chosen shipping option. The aim is to avoid hidden fees on product prices.
