For most UK mainland orders that don’t reach the free-delivery threshold, standard delivery is charged at £4.95. This covers packing, handling and postage using the most efficient method available. Delivery is normally up to five working days, though actual times can vary by courier and destination. Natural Collection may apply different charges for oversized or heavy items where volumetric weight or courier restrictions apply.
Natural Collection offers FREE standard delivery to UK mainland addresses when your goods total £50 or more. The threshold refers to the cost of goods only and excludes shipping, gift wrap and charity donations. Some postcodes and outlying areas are excluded from the free-delivery offer and may incur separate charges, so check delivery options and any postcode-specific fees at checkout.
Express delivery (next working day for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday) is £7.95 for UK addresses. This service normally requires a signature and may be limited for some postcodes and product types. Express isn’t available to all areas (certain Highlands, Islands or the Republic of Ireland) - availability is shown at checkout. If the nominated courier fails to attempt delivery within the stated time frame, the postage cost for that service will be refunded.
DPD Pickup is offered as a next‑day collection option for orders placed before 14:00 on working days and is charged at the rate shown at checkout, commonly from £7.95 depending on the order. Parcels are held at the chosen Pickup shop for up to seven days and you’ll be notified by email or SMS when your parcel is ready. A Pickup Pass and photo ID are required to collect the parcel in person. The exact DPD Pickup charge for your order is displayed at checkout based on contents and destination.
Yes - deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles carry different postage charges calculated by weight and can be higher than standard mainland rates. For lightweight parcels extra charges may be modest, but heavier parcels can attract substantially higher fees or courier surcharges. Some large items may incur extra volumetric or handling charges. The precise cost for your order to these areas is shown during checkout.
Natural Collection previously ran a Super Saver Delivery membership that gave unlimited standard delivery and returns for eligible purchases at an annual fee of £19.95 for mainland UK addresses and £29.95 for Highlands and Islands. The scheme included FREE returns and no minimum spend while active. The membership is now closed to new sign-ups, though existing members retained their benefits under the terms in place at the time. Full terms and historical details are available in the Super Saver information on the site.
Gift wrapping is charged at £3.95 per item when selected. The fee covers the wrapping and presentation chosen at checkout and is added to your order total. Gift wrap charges are separate from delivery costs and don’t count towards the free-delivery threshold. If you want gift wrap, the option and charge appear during the ordering process.
Natural Collection accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase provided items are returned in original condition and packaging. This 30‑day policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and applies to most products sold on the website. Certain hygiene or bespoke items are excluded from the general returns policy and must remain unopened to qualify for a refund. Complete the returns form and follow the specified procedure to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
If an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, Natural Collection will reimburse return postage costs up to £5.00. Proof of postage (for example a certificate of posting) is requested to support the claim. Where collection is arranged for convenience, a £5 collection fee can be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a fault or error. Return postage for non‑faulty returns remains your responsibility.
Refunds are usually processed once the returned goods are received and inspected - please allow up to 21 days for a refund or replacement to be actioned. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For cancellations under legal rights, a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation where goods are returned in the required condition. Natural Collection will email you once the refund has been processed.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract up to 14 working days after the day you receive the goods. Items must be kept in saleable condition and returned in original packaging when exercising this right. You must inform Natural Collection of the cancellation and return the goods at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Certain made‑to‑order or perishable items are excluded from these cancellation rights.
Certain items are excluded from standard returns for hygiene, safety or practical reasons unless faulty. These include underwear, hosiery, swimwear (unless unopened), pierced earrings and some bedding and cosmetic products. Food and beverages are refundable only if unopened with intact seals, and some reusable menstrual products are non‑returnable in any circumstance. Mattresses, duvets and pillows must remain in undamaged, sealed original packaging to be returned. The exclusions list is detailed in the returns section so you can check eligibility before returning items.
Certain furniture ranges, such as Myakka, include delivery charges in the product price for standard shipments, while larger pieces use a tiered delivery grid with separate charges. For example, mainland UK standard furniture delivery is listed at £4.95, with medium‑lift services from around £15.00 and larger pre‑booked Delivery+ services from around £25.00 to £40.00 depending on the lift level required. Outlying and offshore postcodes attract higher charges in the furniture grid, and any such sums are shown alongside the product or at checkout.
For standard deliveries Natural Collection usually emails you when an order is dispatched and may include a tracking link depending on the courier. For DPD express deliveries you can supply a mobile number and will receive a one‑hour delivery slot notification on the day of delivery. If you don’t supply a mobile number, DPD will send status updates by email. The level of tracking and notification depends on the courier service chosen for the order.
Natural Collection increased the standard UK delivery charge from £3.95 to £4.95, citing rising packing and postage costs and a move to more sustainable packaging. The change was explained in a blog post outlining the reasons and the implementation date. Next‑day delivery pricing was not increased in that announcement. Historical rate changes are documented on the site for transparency.
