Cancellation
If you cancel a tour booked from the UK, your deposit is kept as a Lifetime Deposit (no expiry, transferable, usable on any tour). Cancel 60 days or more before departure and the rest is refunded; 30 to 59 days before, half the rest is refunded; under 30 days, nothing more is refunded. If a 20% travel sale is on and the code also works on sale bookings, the sale takes off £367.80 and the code a further £147.12, so the booking drops to £1324.08: a saving of £514.92. How to book a G Adventures deal or use a travel credit

  1. Pick a tour on gadventures.com. The Deals menu lists the current sale, last-minute deals and the student offer, and tours on sale show the regular price and the % off.
  2. Choose a departure date. Sale discounts are taken off automatically when you book online, so there is no code to type in. If you aren't ready to pay, Save My Spot holds a departure for 48 hours with no payment.
  3. Students: verify your student status with SheerID on G Adventures' student offer page and sign up to its newsletter, then create or sign in to your G Adventures account, where the $100 travel credit appears. Apply it during checkout.
  4. Pay the deposit (£100 to £600 per person for UK bookings, depending on the travel style) and the balance 60 days before departure, or pay in full if you book within 60 days of departure.
