Nominated Day Delivery costs £5.99 and lets you pick a delivery date up to eight days ahead. Available days are Monday to Saturday (not public holidays), and the option appears at checkout when it’s available. Delivery on your chosen day can’t be guaranteed - it’s subject to stock availability and courier coverage. Any supplements for very large items are payable on top of this service.
Click & Collect to an Evri ParcelShop is FREE for orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged £4.99 for Click & Collect. Simply Be accepts returns within 28 days of delivery for a full refund - the 28‑day period starts the day after your items were delivered to your home address or collection point. Allow up to seven days for the return to reach the warehouse and up to 14 days for processing in some cases. Once processed, refunds to card payments can take a further five working days to show in your account. Items should be returned in new, unused condition with labels attached and in the original packaging where possible.
If you return items outside the return period, Simply Be may refuse the return or apply a late returns charge or deductions for diminished value up to the item’s price. Sometimes a late return may be credited as an eVoucher instead of being refunded to the original payment method. The policy protects both your statutory rights and the condition of returned goods. If your order has multiple large items that attract a supplementary delivery charge, Simply Be charges only one delivery supplement for the purchase.
