The Next Day Delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Nominated Day Delivery costs £5.99 and lets you pick a delivery date up to eight days ahead. Available days are Monday to Saturday (not public holidays), and the option appears at checkout when it’s available. Delivery on your chosen day can’t be guaranteed - it’s subject to stock availability and courier coverage. Any supplements for very large items are payable on top of this service.
Click & Collect to an Evri ParcelShop is FREE for orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged £4.99 for Click & Collect. The service depends on item eligibility and will appear at checkout if your items qualify. Parcels sent to a ParcelShop are usually held for ten days and you’ll need photographic ID to collect. If Next‑day Click & Collect is available and chosen, a separate Next Day Click & Collect charge will apply as shown at checkout.

If you order multiple large items, Simply Be charges only one delivery supplement per order. Be Unlimited costs £10.99 for a 12‑month subscription and gives unlimited standard, next‑day, nominated day and Click & Collect delivery during that period. Using Simply Be’s designated return options via the return portal and approved couriers is FREE and flexible. If you choose another return method, postage or courier costs are your responsibility and can’t be reclaimed. You can get return labels or QR codes from the portal so parcels can be dropped at an Evri ParcelShop or locker without a printer. For large items or tech returns you’ll need to fill in a special online form and further collection arrangements may be provided.
Simply Be accepts returns within 28 days of delivery for a full refund - the 28‑day period starts the day after your items were delivered to your home address or collection point. Allow up to seven days for the return to reach the warehouse and up to 14 days for processing in some cases. Once processed, refunds to card payments can take a further five working days to show in your account. Items should be returned in new, unused condition with labels attached and in the original packaging where possible.
If you return items outside the return period, Simply Be may refuse the return or apply a late returns charge or deductions for diminished value up to the item’s price. Sometimes a late return may be credited as an eVoucher instead of being refunded to the original payment method. The policy protects both your statutory rights and the condition of returned goods. Bespoke, personalised and some hygiene‑sealed items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Simply Be aims to process returns quickly but says processing can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return. If you paid by card, allow an extra five working days for your card issuer to credit the account. You’ll get emails when the return is received and when a refund has been issued. Simply Be offers a 30% student discount on clothing and footwear via Student Beans. The discount is subject to the third‑party verification provider’s terms and eligibility. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact customer services via chat or the returns process so they can arrange the right remedy. You’ll be notified by text and email when the parcel arrives and you’ll need photographic ID to pick it up. If it’s not collected within the holding period it may be returned to Simply Be or handled according to courier procedures. If your order has multiple large items that attract a supplementary delivery charge, Simply Be charges only one delivery supplement for the purchase. The supplementary charge appears on product pages and is clearly detailed in the basket before you buy, so you can see any extra costs.
