How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a canvas print for her dining room at My Picture for £38.00, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £15.20 and the code a further £2.28, so the basket drops to £20.52: a saving of £17.48. Add the £6.00 delivery charge for the full price. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

How to use a My Picture coupon code

  1. Upload your photo, design your product on my-picture.co.uk and add it to your shopping cart. For a product code such as WOWCANVAS or CUSHYDEALS, choose the size or number of items the deal asks for.
  2. Open the shopping cart: the coupon field is below the "Secure Checkout" button.
  3. Enter the code exactly as given and click "Apply Coupon". The discount shows in the Summary, for example "Discount (BLANKET08)", or an alert says the code isn't valid for your order.
  4. Only one code or promotion works per order. If you arrived through a promotional link, its discount is already applied and you can't add another code.

My Picture shopping FAQs

Is there a My Picture voucher code or coupon code?

Yes. My Picture's own discount-code page lists SAVESMART, which takes 10% off orders of £20 or more, 15% off £30 or more and 20% off £45 or more until 31 December 2026 (MIXPIX tiles and delivery excluded). The same page has codes for canvas prints (WOWCANVAS), cushions (CUSHYDEALS), blankets (BLANKET08) and MIXPIX tiles (PIXPLUS); each code can be used once per customer.

Does My Picture have a discount code for your first order?

Is there a My Picture free delivery code?

You don't need a code: delivery to Great Britain is free on orders over £55 and costs £6.00 below that. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Gibraltar and other islands is always charged, from £12.00, and the discount codes don't cover delivery.

Does My Picture give NHS, student or Blue Light discount?

The pages we read on my-picture.co.uk on 15 Oct 2026, including its help centre and discount-code page, mention no NHS, student, Blue Light Card or armed forces discount. Its codes and newsletter offer are open to everyone.

Why is my My Picture code not working?

Only one code or promotion works per order, and if you arrived through a promotional link its discount is already applied, so another code can't be added. Check the deal's conditions too: SAVESMART needs at least £20 and excludes MIXPIX tiles, the product codes need the right size or number of items, and each code works once per customer.

How long does My Picture delivery take, and is there next-day delivery?

My Picture doesn't offer express delivery. Canvas prints take 4–7 working days in total, photo books and calendars 7–11, and other products 5–8, counting Monday to Friday only.

Can I cancel or return a My Picture order?

Each product is made to your own design, so an order can't be changed, cancelled or returned once it is confirmed; you can still change the delivery address on the Order Status page before production starts. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact customer service with photos of it and the packaging.
