Rana had her eye on some scent free sun cream costing a total of £22.00 at Green People, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at Green People and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Rana used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £11.88 - a massive saving of £10.12! The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and finally added on the £3.50 delivery charge so she had the full picture! After many good experiences, Rana has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from Green People.

Keep an eye out for flash sales around spring skincare swaps and summer sun-care refreshes. With timed discounts you can stock up on family-friendly products and save on long-term needs. A sensible save today often means less stress tomorrow.
Shoppers regularly find category deals on organic bodycare, baby ranges and sensitive-skin formulas. Using Green People discount codes on these categories can knock 10–25% off targeted essentials like mineral sun cream. Cutting that percentage from your routine frees budget for a weekend coffee or a treat.
If you browse carefully you’ll spot seasonal bundles for haircare, face masks and travel kits. These Green People offers are perfect for trying new items without breaking the bank. Don’t forget to compare full-price versus bundle savings before you buy.
During sales seasons, like spring refresh or summer-holiday prep, Green People deals often centre on SPF and bodycare. A short buyer guide helps you pick the right SPF or sensitive-skin serum so you don’t waste money on the wrong product. Knowing what to buy means confident spending and better results.
Outside seasonal events, check curated guides for rosacea-friendly ranges and baby-safe picks. These guides point to suitable products and any current Green People promotional vouchers you can pair with your choice. Feeling informed makes saving feel extra rewarding.
Join the loyalty club to earn points every time you shop and unlock Green People offers as you move up tiers. Points can be redeemed for money off, so regular purchases become steady savings over time. Being part of a loyalty community also brings exclusive previews and birthday perks.
Many members grab extra discounts on subscription orders and early access to deals. With a subscription you’ll often receive a steady 15% off repeat buys, keeping essentials on hand and costs down. Small recurring savings quickly add up into a noticeable benefit.
Don’t forget delivery thresholds when planning your order to trigger FREE standard shipping. Combining Green People voucher codes with a FREE delivery threshold can turn a good deal into a great one. Knowing the returns window reduces worry and makes online shopping simpler.
Delivery upgrades are often available for urgent needs, including tracked options for peace of mind. With FREE returns within the policy period you can try new products risk-free. A smooth delivery and returns process makes saving stress-free.
Look out for extras like sample sets, gift packaging and expert skin advice on product pages. These Green People offers add value without inflating cost, so you can try new items while keeping spend modest. Getting a personalised recommendation improves results and cuts wasted spend.

Green People offers FREE standard delivery on orders over £35 when you buy directly from the website. For orders under this threshold, the standard delivery charge shown at checkout will apply - you’ll see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery estimates are normally 2 - 4 working days (times can vary during busier periods) and the expected window is shown during checkout. Don’t forget to check the shipping cost at checkout to see the precise charge for your order.
Priority Despatch costs £4.50 and gives your order same-day handling for quicker delivery. Orders placed before 2pm will usually arrive the next working day (weekends and bank holidays excluded). If you order after 2pm, or over the weekend, your order will be despatched the next working day and may not reach you the following day. This faster option is available at checkout if you need an expedited service.
Yes - Green People’s FREE standard delivery over the £35 threshold applies to mainland UK, including the Highlands, Northern Ireland and PA postcodes. The site confirms that these regions are covered, and you’ll see whether your order qualifies for FREE postage during checkout. Any regional delivery terms or exceptions are clearly communicated in the delivery information on the site.
Standard delivery is usually 2 - 4 working days, but that’s an estimate and can vary at busier times. The estimated delivery window appears during checkout so you know what to expect before you complete your order. If you need it sooner, choose Priority Despatch for faster handling. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays, and actual arrival can depend on the courier.
All subscription orders to UK addresses are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Subscription products include FREE UK delivery as part of the service. Product prices in subscriptions may be reviewed occasionally and you’ll be notified of any price changes before you’re charged. You can manage, amend or cancel subscriptions through your online account or by contacting customer care.
Green People runs a 28-day returns guarantee for items bought directly from the website - returns for refund or exchange are accepted during this time. For purchases made between 1 November and 30 December, the returns window is extended until 31 January. Returned goods should be at least 90% full unless faulty, and you must follow the returns steps on the returns page. These return terms don’t affect your statutory rights.
Green People provides a FREE UK returns service for purchases from the website, using a Royal Mail returns label you create via the returns link. Repackage the items with the returns form and generate a FREE returns label and QR code through the Royal Mail returns portal. If you prefer, you can request a Royal Mail collection through the same portal. Returns from outside the UK aren’t covered by the freepost service and postage costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 - 4 working days of Green People receiving the returned goods at their warehouse. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the retailer’s procedures. If you paid with both a payment card and a gift card, the gift card portion is refunded first, then any remaining balance goes back to the original payment card. You can track the return using the postal tracking reference supplied when creating the return label.
Green People will refund the original delivery charge only when the goods are deemed faulty; standard delivery charges aren’t refunded for general returns. If you return items for reasons other than fault, postage costs you incurred won’t be refunded unless the return qualifies as faulty. Make it clear when creating the returns label if the item is faulty so it’s handled correctly. The full terms on refunds and carriage are set out in the returns information on the website.
To qualify for a refund, goods must have been bought directly from the website, returned within the stated returns window, and be at least 90% full unless faulty. Include a completed returns form and the original receipt where possible, and make sure goods are in a resalable condition unless they’re faulty. Gift sets must be returned in full and any promotional FREE gifts must be included with the purchased item to receive a full refund. Items bought from third-party retailers can’t be returned to Green People - return those to the original retailer.
Green People guarantees goods are as described and fit for purpose, and will repair or replace any product that fails to meet those standards. Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced as appropriate, and this doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Follow the returns process and indicate the fault when generating the Royal Mail returns label. Refunds or replacements are managed using the original payment method and the company’s returns procedures.
No - items purchased from other retailers can’t be returned to Green People for refund or exchange. Green People’s returns procedures only apply to goods bought directly from the Green People website. If you bought from a third-party stockist, follow that retailer’s return policy and contact them for help. This distinction is explained in the terms and returns information on the site.
Gift sets must be returned in their entirety - part refunds or partial exchanges aren’t offered for sets. If a product was delivered with a promotional FREE gift, both the purchased item and the FREE gift must be returned within the returns window to receive a full refund. These conditions are clearly stated on the returns page, so include all components of a set when creating your return to avoid delays or incomplete refunds.
Refunds for Clearpay orders are processed from Green People to Clearpay rather than as a direct cash refund from the retailer. Once Green People confirms receipt of the return, Clearpay will handle reversing payments and any upcoming instalments will be cancelled as applicable. You’re liable to continue Clearpay payments until the merchant confirms receipt of the returned goods. For specific Clearpay questions, check your Clearpay account for details during the refund process.
You can contact Green People’s customer care team by phone on 01403 740350 or by email at the address shown on the contact page. The website also offers onsite chat and contact forms as alternative ways to reach customer care for help with returns labels, subscription management and delivery queries. Contact details and opening hours are published on the site’s contact and help pages for your convenience.
