Keep courier proof and tracking details until the return has been accepted and refunded.
If an item is broken or missing, inform the courier at the time of delivery and make a note on the carrier’s paperwork. The Society may not accept claims for breakages or shortages unless they’re recorded on the courier’s documentation, and you must confirm issues within two working days of delivery. The Society warrants that products bought through the site are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their common purposes.
