How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a set of 10 Michael Harding oil paints at Cass Art for £116.95, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £46.78 and the code a further £7.02, so the basket drops to £63.15: a saving of £53.80. That is still over the £60.00 free delivery threshold, so the £4.95 delivery charge doesn't apply. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

How to use a Cass Art discount code

Add your art supplies to your basket on cassart.co.uk and open your Shopping Bag.
In the summary at the bottom of the basket page, click "Enter code" next to Promotional Code, type the code and apply it. The same Promotional Code/Gift Voucher box is also at the last stage of checkout.
Check the saving shows in the total before you pay. Only one code works per order, and codes don't cover sale or discounted items, easels, Michael Harding or Daniel Smith products, gift vouchers or event tickets.
Students with an online Cass Art student account need no code: the 10% comes off in the basket once signed in. A code can't be added after the order is placed.

Cass Art shopping FAQs

Is there a Cass Art voucher code or promo code?

Cass Art's codes come from its own emails: new newsletter subscribers get a unique code for 10% off their first order, and students get a 10% code through UNiDAYS. Its brand promotions, such as 50% off RRP on Daler-Rowney Artists' canvases online, need no code. Only one promotional code works per order.

Why is my Cass Art promo code not working?

Cass Art accepts one code per order, and codes don't work on sale or discounted items, easels, Michael Harding or Daniel Smith products, gift vouchers or event tickets, or with student and other discounts. A code works only between its start and end dates and can't be added after ordering. Cass Art says it doesn't post codes on sites such as Groupon; for a code it emailed you, ask Customer Care on live chat.
