Yes - customers in the Scottish Highlands, Shetland and certain islands should select the specific country option such as ‘United Kingdom (Scottish Highlands)’ or the relevant island group at checkout. Northern Ireland customers should choose ‘United Kingdom (Northern Ireland)’. We currently can’t deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. Other named island postcodes have dedicated selections to ensure correct handling at checkout.
We deliver to a defined list of European countries and postage is based on shipping fees and the number of items in your basket. We accept returns of most unused or faulty items within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or a voucher code. Contact the team within that 60‑day period to start a return and include your order number and reason for return. If an item is faulty we’ll offer a full refund or replacement and provide a FREE returns label. If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll get a voucher for the item value (excluding the original shipping cost) and you’ll be responsible for return postage.

When your order leaves the warehouse we email a notification containing tracking information and a link to track the delivery.
