HONOR online voucher codes in 2026

How do I apply HONOR voucher codes to my online order?

What is HONOR’s statutory cancellation period for online purchases?

HONOR gives you a fourteen (14) day right to cancel an order without needing to give a reason. The cancellation period starts from the date you, or a third party other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you cancel, HONOR will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery charge, within fourteen (14) days of being told about the cancellation. The company may hold back the refund until it has received the returned goods or proof that they’ve been returned.

Will HONOR refund delivery charges if a consumer exercises the right to cancel?

If you exercise the right to cancel, HONOR will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges. If you picked a delivery option more expensive than the standard choice, the extra cost for that upgraded method may not be refunded. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used originally unless you and HONOR agree otherwise. HONOR will process refunds no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of cancellation.

Does HONOR deliver outside the United Kingdom?

HONOR does not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom from the UK online store. Delivery and contract terms on the UK store apply only to customers resident in the UK. If you need delivery outside the UK, check the appropriate regional HONOR site and its terms. The online store will show delivery options at checkout for UK addresses only.

Are HONOR’s listed product prices inclusive of VAT and other charges?

The prices shown in the HONOR Online Store include VAT and any duties or fees applied by HONOR at the point of sale. Any extra charges that will be added to the product price are shown to you during the order process and before payment is taken. In the case of an obvious pricing error, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the order before shipping. If the rate of VAT changes between order and supply, HONOR will adjust the VAT charged unless the product has already been paid for in full before the change.

What are the payment options and is there an instalment plan available on HONOR’s UK store?

HONOR accepts the payment methods offered at checkout and will refund via the original payment method unless you agree something different. The UK store offers a pay-in-3 instalment option in partnership with Klarna Bank AB, letting you split the purchase into three interest-free payments. Details and terms for the instalment option are governed by Klarna’s own terms and conditions, so top tip: check Klarna’s terms when you choose instalments at checkout.

What does HONOR’s limited warranty cover and how does it interact with statutory rights?

HONOR voluntarily offers a limited warranty on certain HONOR branded products and accessories; the specific terms are set out in the Warranty Policy and in the product packaging. This voluntary warranty is separate from, and in addition to, your legal rights under UK law for faulty or misdescribed goods. Warranty lengths and the scope of cover vary by product, so check the warranty page or the device’s electronic warranty certificate. HONOR’s warranty terms don’t affect your statutory rights under consumer protection law.

How can a customer check the warranty period for a specific HONOR device?

You can check device warranty entitlement in two ways: via the My HONOR app under the Services page or via the HONOR Support website’s Warranty Query by entering the device serial number. Some product types, like laptops, wearables and earphones, may need manual entry of the serial number. The electronic warranty certificate you see there shows the warranty expiry date and any device‑specific benefits. Keep your serial number handy to speed things up.

What is HONOR Care+ Screen Protection and what are the costs associated with a covered screen repair?

HONOR Care+ Screen Protection gives you a one‑time screen repair for accidental damage during the protection period, with spare parts covered subject to the scheme rules. Where the service applies, you won’t pay for spare parts but you may be charged a service fee of up to 50 GBP; the exact fee is set by the authorised service centre’s quotation. Protection periods and eligibility depend on the product and any offer at the time of purchase. Note: the service is only available for devices bought from the HONOR UK online shop where Care+ applies.

Does HONOR publish original or list prices for value‑added services and are any specific service prices shown?

HONOR shows original list prices for certain value‑added services in promotional or product benefit materials; for example, a screen protection product was shown with an original price of 119.99 GBP before being offered under a specific offer. These original prices indicate the retail value of the add‑on service before any included offer, but you should check the product or campaign page for the price you actually pay at the time of purchase. Exact service charges for repairs and spare parts are available through HONOR’s service channels or authorised service centres. Where available, you can also view spare part prices in the My HONOR app or on the support site.

What return costs does a customer bear if they cancel an order and return the goods?

If you cancel under the right to withdraw, HONOR will refund the price paid but you must cover the direct costs of returning the goods unless HONOR says otherwise. HONOR may, at its discretion, provide a prepaid return label; if they do and you don’t use it, the return costs will be your responsibility. The company may reduce a refund where the returned goods have lost value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to check their nature and functionality. Full details are in the Return Policy and during the returns process.

How are refunds processed by HONOR following a valid return or cancellation?

HONOR issues refunds using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you agree an alternative. Refunds for cancelled orders, including refunded standard delivery charges, will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days after HONOR receives notice of cancellation. In some cases HONOR may wait to issue the refund until it has received the returned goods or proof of return. There are no fees for processing the refund itself, though return carriage costs may apply as set out in the Return Policy.

How can a customer find HONOR support contact details and order assistance in the UK?

HONOR lists UK support contact details in its Terms and on the support pages, including a customer service hotline and an email address for enquiries. The published UK helpline for customer service appears in the Terms and Conditions and on support pages to help with orders, returns and after‑sales matters. You can also use live chat or the support portal for help with repairs, warranty queries and return procedures. Use these contact details for questions not covered by the online policies.

Does HONOR include delivery and administration charges in the final product price by default?

Unless the online store specifically says otherwise, HONOR includes delivery and administration charges in the final price payable for products shown in the online store. Any additional charges that would be added to the price are made visible during checkout before you place the order. So the price shown in your order summary reflects VAT and standard delivery where applicable. If you pick a delivery method more expensive than the standard option you’ll see and pay the extra cost unless you cancel.

Are HONOR’s warranty terms available in the product packaging as well as online?

HONOR confirms that the applicable warranty terms and conditions are included in the product packaging and are also available on the Warranty Policy pages online. The online Warranty Policy gives a detailed statement of the voluntary warranty for specific HONOR products. Your statutory legal rights are separate from the voluntary warranty. Check the warranty paperwork in the box or the electronic warranty certificate via the My HONOR app or support site for exact coverage periods.

Where should a customer look for spare part prices and authorised service centre quotations?

HONOR directs customers to the My HONOR app’s Services section and the HONOR Support website to view spare part prices and to find authorised service centres. Authorised service centres inspect devices and provide quotations for repair work, and those quotations determine the final charge for non‑covered repairs. The site notes that some devices get FREE two‑way shipping for repairs as a new device benefit, but service fees or spare part charges apply as quoted. For the most accurate cost info ask the authorised service centre handling the repair for a formal quotation.

How can a customer find the serial number required for warranty and service queries?

HONOR advises you to find the device serial number (SN) on the original packaging, the device’s Settings > About screen, or the device’s dialling interface where applicable. The serial number is needed to check warranty status and device benefits via the My HONOR app or the Warranty Query on the support site. Providing the SN speeds up access to your device’s warranty and service entitlements. If you can’t find the serial number, contact HONOR support for help.
