Yes - Click & Collect is available from Leekes stores and is FREE for qualifying in-stock orders. Items confirmed as available in your chosen store are normally ready within four business hours. Once everything is available, it will be held for collection for eight business days before being returned to stock. If you need longer storage for large items, a non-refundable storage fee may apply.
If Leekes agrees to hold large items beyond the standard eight business days, a non-refundable storage fee is usually charged at £15 per item per week. You must request extended storage by emailing with your order number before the standard holding period ends. If you don’t arrange an extension, the goods will be returned to stock and the original order refunded, excluding any longer-term storage payments. Standard collection ID and proof-of-purchase rules still apply.
For non-faulty goods, request a return within 14 days of receipt and send the items back within a further 14 days in the original, undamaged packaging. If you find the same product cheaper locally within 14 days of purchase and it meets the conditions, Leekes will refund the difference.

The policy excludes online retailers because we need equivalence in service, warranty and delivery terms that can’t always be verified for internet-only sellers. The price assurance is for local bricks-and-mortar comparisons within the specified store radius. If you think you have a valid local comparison, contact a team member for assessment.
Warranty details are shown on individual product pages and vary by item and brand. For example, some kitchenware and furniture items show guarantees such as a 10-year warranty on the product page. Manufacturer guarantees and third-party warranty products are handled as described on the product page and in the accompanying warranty documents. Structural defects arising during the manufacturer’s guarantee should be reported to the retailer and will be handled under those terms.
Leekes provides information about optional furniture insurance policies such as Castelan, which cover accidental staining and specific accidental damage for the period shown in the policy documents. These insurance products are not general maintenance contracts and exclude wear and tear, deliberate damage (with limited exceptions) and other listed exclusions. Once all items in an order are ready for collection, Leekes will hold the goods for eight business days. When collecting a Click & Collect order, bring a copy of the order and the card used for payment. If someone else is collecting, the original purchaser may nominate them by giving a copy of the order plus separate ID showing the purchaser’s name and billing address. Leekes may withhold release if appropriate proof of purchase or ID isn’t provided - this prevents unauthorised collection and protects your purchases. Note that the store’s collection service finishes 30 minutes before the published closing time, so plan your visit accordingly.
