The person collecting a Click & Collect order must provide the unique order number and show either the confirmation, dispatch or ready-to-collect email. The card used to pay should be shown and the collector will be asked to sign to confirm collection; PayPal payments require photo ID. The refunded amount will be the due refund less the £2.95 Yodel Store fee when applicable.
Once Office Shoes has processed a refund, it can take between 3 and 10 working days to show back on the original method of payment for UK orders. For certain currency scenarios, such as refunds to non‑UK currencies, refunds may take 2–5 working days though some banks may take up to 10 working days. PayPal refunds are usually processed within one working day. Office Shoes will email you when a refund or exchange has been processed.
Office Shoes asks customers to have the item assessed to confirm whether a fault exists - this can be done in store with proof of purchase or by sending the item to the Office Assessment Team in Kilmarnock. Assessments can take up to a maximum of 15 working days, although they’re usually completed sooner. If a fault is confirmed, Office Shoes will offer a refund or exchange and refund any postage costs associated with the assessment. Customers returning items for assessment are advised to use a tracked service, as Office Shoes isn’t liable for returns lost in transit until received.
Office Shoes will refund standard delivery costs when a return is made under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or when an eligible return is processed, but only the standard delivery charge will be reimbursed. If the original order used a paid-for express service, only the standard delivery cost is guaranteed to be refunded. Delivery refunds are issued to the original payment method along with the item refund. Any additional or upgraded delivery charges aren’t automatically refunded unless Office Shoes specifies otherwise.
For international orders, Office Shoes does not refund import duties, taxes or fees levied by customs and tax authorities and customers are responsible for reclaiming these from their local tax authority if possible. International customers are responsible for their own return postage and should use a tracked service to provide proof of return.
