Next Day delivery is charged at £7.95 where available. It’s only for in‑stock items and orders must be placed before 4:30pm (different cut‑off times apply for London). Next Day means the next working day and excludes Saturdays and Sundays unless explicitly arranged. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the next working day and delivered after that.
Same‑day delivery to selected London postcodes is available at £7.95 when you order before the local cut‑off (typically before 3pm for same‑day). Next Day delivery for London has a different midnight cut‑off for qualifying items and is also charged at £7.95. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items. Returned goods must be in excellent condition - unworn, cleaned and returned in the original packaging with all accessories. Return postage isn’t covered by us, so please use a fully tracked and insured service. Missing order details inside the return parcel may delay your refund.
We process refunds as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 business days of receiving and logging the returned goods on our system. Refunds are for eligible items and will be made using the original method of payment. You’ll get confirmation once the return has been logged and the refund processed. Any courier charges for returning the goods are your responsibility and won’t be refunded.
For bulk returns of more than three frames, we apply a restocking fee of £10 per frame, deducted from the refund. Orders of three frames or fewer follow the standard returns terms without the bulk deduction. The bulk classification is applied when the return is processed, so expect the restocking deduction where it applies.
Prescription lenses vary depending on the lens package you bought. Purchases that include Platinum & Gold Label package lenses are eligible for one FREE exchange (with some brand and lens exceptions). If you exchange and then decide to return the eyewear, only the frame price will be refunded - prescription lenses aren’t refundable after an exchange. Varifocal lenses and certain branded lenses are excluded from the FREE exchange. Check the prescription returns section for exact conditions and contact customer service to start an exchange.
Varifocal returns and swaps are handled separately because of the wearer adjustment period. If you’re struggling with varifocals, you can request a swap to something more suitable, including switching back to single vision FREE of charge (subject to any price difference not being refunded). Start varifocal swaps by contacting customer services within 30 days and provide your order details. We’ll help with the returns process and any adjustments following our varifocal guidance.
Our warranty covers defects from faulty materials or poor manufacturing, but not normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for a warranty repair, and we may ask for photographs of the suspected fault before requesting a return. Accidental damage isn’t automatically covered, though we may be able to help with repairs in some cases. Contact customer service for an assessment and the next steps.
We’ll price match like‑for‑like products provided the total price elsewhere, including VAT and shipping, is lower and the competitor’s item meets the same specification and warranty terms. The lower price must be offered by a UK‑based retailer, be in stock and not part of a sale, clearance or special promotion, and the request must be submitted before you place an order. Some retailers and marketplaces are excluded and we reserve the right to decline requests. Price matching can’t be combined with other website offers.
We ran an NHS support offer where eligible NHS staff could get FREE prescription glasses subject to availability and a single‑use code. Under that initiative the only customer cost was a handling, packing and postage fee of £9.95. The campaign page notes the main offer has now closed to new applicants while those with issued codes could still redeem them. The page makes clear the £9.95 fee covered postage and handling for the NHS initiative.
