Click & collect orders qualify for FREE collection when the basket value exceeds Joy’s FREE delivery threshold of £75. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection, following the chosen collection point’s process.
Joy publishes example international delivery prices: Western Europe from £9.90 and the rest of Europe from £11.95, with Rest of World shipping from £20.00. Actual international delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will vary by destination. Joy handles international orders via a delivery partner and states customs duties and delivery charges are payable at checkout. Tracking is provided until the parcel reaches the customer’s local delivery service, after which you should consult the local carrier’s tracking.

After the applicable time limit Joy cannot guarantee the delivery address can be changed and, once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be altered. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an address issue you’ll be responsible for placing and paying for a new order.
Joy accepts returns and exchanges through its online Returns Portal within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition with tags attached for the return to be accepted. Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear and opened beauty and grooming products. Joy’s portal provides a QR code for returns that can be dropped off at participating Post Office locations.
Joy applies a charge of £3.95 for UK returns made through the Returns Portal. International return prices vary by destination and are calculated within the portal for overseas customers. Instant exchanges can result in a replacement item being sent before the original is returned, subject to stock availability. Joy specifies that certain items are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons, including pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear and opened beauty and grooming products. These exceptions are enforced to protect hygiene and customer safety. All other items must be returned unworn and in pristine condition with tags attached to be accepted. Product pages and the returns information note when an item is non‑returnable - for example, some mystery boxes state no returns.
Joy’s policy states that if a FREE gift was received with an order based on a minimum spend, returning items that reduce the order total below the qualifying amount will require the FREE gift to be returned.
