Items that need transferring from a warehouse to store usually arrive within 1–5 days, and mixed orders are held until all parts have arrived. Dunelm may ask for images and arrange for an independent expert to inspect the item in your home to decide whether repair or replacement is appropriate. An independent repair company will carry out any necessary repairs where applicable. Statutory rights remain available in addition to any product guarantees.
Deliveries aren’t made on public and bank holidays, so expect delays if an estimated delivery date falls on such a day. This service is separate from delivery charges for new items and is arranged via the Clearabee booking process.
Dunelm doesn’t currently offer international delivery and doesn’t accept BFPO payments or deliver to BFPO addresses. Certain island and remote postcode areas such as parts of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland and Scilly Islands have extended lead times or are excluded from nominated-day delivery.
