How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying an Arianna Flatweave occasional armchair at Dunelm for £239.20, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £95.68 and the code a further £14.35, so the basket drops to £129.17: a saving of £110.03. That is still over the £60.00 free delivery threshold, so the £3.95 delivery charge doesn't apply. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

  2. Enter the code where Dunelm asks for a discount code at checkout, before you pay.
  3. Student, Blue Light and Purpl codes come from Student Beans or UNiDAYS, the Blue Light Card website and the Purpl Discounts portal: get your code there first, then paste it in. The 10% first-order code works only in the Dunelm app.
  4. If a code is refused, check its terms: the student, Blue Light and Purpl codes don't cover gift cards, Pausa café items or purchases on Creation finance, the student and Blue Light codes are for full-price products only, and no code can be combined with another offer.
