Click & Collect to your local store is FREE and items in store can be ready to collect in as little as 2 hours. Items that need transferring from a warehouse to store usually arrive within 1–5 days, and mixed orders are held until all parts have arrived. If a fault appears after 30 days from delivery, you have the right to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act. Dunelm may ask for images and arrange for an independent expert to inspect the item in your home to decide whether repair or replacement is appropriate. An independent repair company will carry out any necessary repairs where applicable. Statutory rights remain available in addition to any product guarantees.
Deliveries aren’t made on public and bank holidays, so expect delays if an estimated delivery date falls on such a day. Delivery windows are Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm and bank holidays are excluded. Dunelm shows the earliest available delivery dates at checkout, taking holiday exclusions into account. Dunelm works with Clearabee to provide a paid collection service for unwanted furniture and mattresses that you can book to suit you. The collection requires payment at booking and offers same-day options in some areas. You’ll provide the Dunelm order number and details to book the removal and items are collected contact-free on the chosen date. This service is separate from delivery charges for new items and is arranged via the Clearabee booking process.
Dunelm doesn’t currently offer international delivery and doesn’t accept BFPO payments or deliver to BFPO addresses. Certain island and remote postcode areas such as parts of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland and Scilly Islands have extended lead times or are excluded from nominated-day delivery.
