H.Samuel offers a Lifetime Battery Replacement Service for selected watches that can have a silver oxide battery fitted without re-sealing, at a one-off cost of £17.99 when purchased in store. The service gives the named watch one battery replacement per 12-month period for the lifetime of that watch, subject to terms and presentation of the Lifetime Battery Replacement card. It doesn’t cover repairs or other servicing and is non-transferable and non-refundable. You must present the watch and the card with the serial number to get the replacement in store.
H.Samuel Premier Care provides protection for watches and jewellery covering theft with force and accidental damage, with no excess and unlimited claims within policy limits. The policy is underwritten by a specialist provider and key policy details appear in the Product Information Document and on item product pages. Some product pages show the Premier Care price for that item - for example, certain watches display a Premier Care option from an indicated price. Cover starts on the date of delivery for online purchases and customers receive full policy documentation when insured.
Pierced items are excluded from the general returns policy unless they’re returned unopened in their original sealed bag, in which case a refund or exchange may be possible.
