Wedgwood does not offer repair services for damaged pieces and does not supply teapot lid replacements - lids are made as part of the original teapot. The FAQ recommends using local restoration or specialist services for repairs. For teapot lid issues, replacements aren’t available as matching lids aren’t held as spare parts.
