Shoppers often target categories like menswear, womenswear, kidswear and homeware for the best category savings. With kit ranges, retro shirts and accessories rotating through offers, using Spurs Shop promo codes on selected categories typically nets comfortable percentage savings. Accessories such as mugs, scarves and personalised items often sit in mixed baskets, so you can combine discounts across categories. Popular items like a Spurs Dobble card game or a personalised dog shirt regularly appear in promotions, so gifting gets cheaper and more fun. Top tip: use category filters to spot reduced kits and clearance finds quickly.

That approach frees up funds for extras like a matchday scarf or a retro statue.
Returns are often straightforward with clear policies for faulty or unwanted items, so you can buy with confidence. Don’t forget to check return windows and packaging rules to avoid unexpected charges and speed up refunds. That security makes larger purchases less risky and more budget-friendly.

With services such as personalised shirts, stadium pick-up and partner experiences, you can create memorable gifts without stretching your budget. That emotional payoff means small savings turn into big smiles on matchday.

Beyond membership and delivery, these extras make each purchase feel tailored and worthwhile.
Standard UK delivery costs depend on your basket total and are shown at checkout; some orders qualify for FREE standard delivery once your cart reaches the threshold displayed at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes between 2–5 business days from despatch for UK orders. The exact delivery cost for your order will be shown before you pay. Spurs Shop calculates and displays delivery rates at the point of purchase.
Free standard delivery is applied automatically when your cart hits the qualifying value and relevant product pages will be labelled “Delivered Free” where that applies. The minimum spend for FREE standard delivery is shown at checkout and applied to your cart total, so check the cart to confirm eligibility. Messaging on product pages can differ from checkout calculations, so the cart total is the definitive indicator. Spurs Shop confirms that FREE delivery thresholds are enforced at checkout.
Express delivery for UK mainland orders is charged at £7.99 and aims to deliver next business day for orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday. Express availability and cutoff times depend on the day you order and exclude Bank Holidays. The Express fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
International delivery costs vary by destination and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order. For some listed countries duties and taxes are calculated and guaranteed at checkout; for others customs charges may be payable on receipt. Delivery times for international standard and express services are also shown at checkout and depend on local couriers and customs procedures. Overseas prices vary by country and the exact cost will be advised at checkout.
For UK deliveries, Express orders are normally despatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 1–2 working days, while Standard delivery normally takes 2–3 working days. Personalised items can take longer and may require up to seven working days during busy periods. Delivery estimates are given in business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
You can return online orders to any Spurs Shop for a full refund provided the item meets the returns conditions and you show proof of purchase. Orders paid with PayPal cannot be refunded in store and must use the online returns process. Returned goods should be new, unused and returned with all original packaging and labels unless the item is faulty. Spurs Shop’s returns guidance explains the in‑store option alongside the online returns process.
Items purchased in the UK must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a refund for change of mind. There’s an extended returns window for Christmas purchases: items bought between 1 October and 24 December can be returned until 31 January of the following year. Returned items must have tags attached and include proof of purchase. The Returns Policy sets out these timeframes and conditions.
For eligible UK returns, Spurs Shop offers a FREE Royal Mail returns service. Start the return via the Returns page, print the provided label and post the item using the labelled service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 3–5 business days to appear once processed. The returns information explains the FREE Royal Mail option and the refund timescale.
If you’re returning items from abroad you must pay return postage from your country and include any customs charges. International returns must be made within the returns period shown on the site and should include the printed returns label inside the parcel where instructed. Spurs Shop cannot refund overseas postage or customs costs incurred when returning items; overseas returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Once a returned item has been processed, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account from the date the refund is processed. The refund will cover the price paid for the product; delivery charges are handled in line with the returns terms. If postage is refundable because the item is faulty, postage costs will be refunded when the return is accepted.
Personalised and player‑named shirts cannot be returned for change of mind once printed, so take care with spelling and size. Spurs Shop may refuse to print personalisations deemed offensive or infringing on intellectual property and will contact you to discuss alternatives. Refunds for personalised items are only considered where the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Pre‑order items may be charged when the order is placed, and Spurs Shop will tell you the expected stock arrival date at the point of pre‑order. Delivery times for pre‑orders are counted from the date stock is received into Tottenham Hotspur’s fulfilment, not from when you ordered. If a pre‑order delivery date changes, the Club will email you with an update.
If a returned order used a One Hotspur Voucher and the refund value exceeds £9.99, Spurs Shop may issue the refund as a new One Hotspur Voucher rather than returning it to the original payment method. Refunds under £10.00 are returned to the original payment method. Check the Returns Policy for exact handling of voucher refunds.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, follow the Damaged/Faulty Items guidance and start the returns process as instructed on the Returns page. Once a return is accepted as faulty, Spurs Shop will refund the cost of any postage used to return the item. Faulty returns still need proof of purchase and must follow the returns instructions for inspection.
Spurs Shop doesn’t offer a direct exchange service; if you want a different size or item you should return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. In‑store returns are accepted for eligible online orders, but PayPal‑paid orders cannot be refunded in store. Partial refunds are issued where only part of an order is returned.
Overseas standard deliveries are typically despatched within seven business days and can take up to 30 business days to arrive depending on destination and local postal services. Overseas express orders placed before the stated cut‑off are usually sent by airmail within 2–3 business days, subject to local courier and customs processes. Duties and taxes for some countries are calculated at checkout; where they are not pre‑calculated you may be liable to pay on receipt.
The official returns address is Tottenham Hotspur Mail Order, Merchandise Division, Unit 3, Enfield Distribution Park, East Duck Lees Lane, Ponders End, Enfield, EN3 7SR. Include proof of purchase and, where applicable, the printed returns label supplied during the returns process. International returns must use the same address but postage and any customs charges are the sender’s responsibility.
After Spurs Shop processes a refund it typically takes 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless a voucher refund is specified in the Returns Policy. Allow the stated processing window once the Club confirms the refund has been issued.
