Next Day Delivery costs £6.95 for delivery on the next working day, provided you place your order before 5pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays and is an extra charge on top of your basket total. Freepost is only available for returns from within the UK; international customers must arrange their own return postage. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return postage costs. Whittard will refund return postage when the return is due to a fault, damage or an error on their part, subject to the returns procedure. The site recommends you obtain and keep proof of postage, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches the warehouse. Postage from outside the UK cannot normally be refunded.
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or once the return arrives at Whittard of Chelsea.
