Next Day Delivery costs £6.95 for delivery on the next working day, provided you place your order before 5pm. Freepost is only available for returns from within the UK; international customers must arrange their own return postage. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return postage costs. Whittard will refund return postage when the return is due to a fault, damage or an error on their part, subject to the returns procedure. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or once the return arrives at Whittard of Chelsea.
