Beyond Television offers FREE delivery to mainland UK addresses as the standard option for televisions. This FREE delivery only applies to TVs and isn’t automatically available for every product category. Selected courier partners handle deliveries and will contact you with a delivery date and time slot once your item has been dispatched. Do check at checkout for any postcode-specific exceptions - some remote areas may incur extra charges.
For appliances using the standard service, Beyond Television lists delivery at £9.99 for items up to 85kg and £19.99 for items weighing 86kg–160kg. Next-day and nominated-day services carry different tiered charges by weight and can be higher than the standard rates. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, though some postcodes may take up to five working days. Always check the checkout for postcode-based fees and the delivery options available for your specific item.
Beyond Television shows a sliding scale for next-day and nominated-day delivery by weight - for example, £9.99 for items up to 20kg, £14.99 for 21–30kg, £29.99 for 31–120kg and £39.99 for 121–245kg. These charges can vary by product type and postcode and may not apply to every item or area. The next-working-day option is available for orders placed by 1pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Confirm the exact service and price for your postcode at checkout.
Saturday delivery is offered on selected items and locations for an additional £14.99. Availability and the extra charge are shown during checkout or can be confirmed by contacting customer services. It’s not a universal option - it depends on the product and your delivery postcode - so ask customer services if you need Saturday delivery for a specific order.
Beyond Television warns that extra delivery fees may apply for certain postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, because of courier charges. These remote delivery surcharges are based on courier costs and can affect both price and delivery time. The site recommends contacting customer services for precise costs to specific remote locations. Any postcode-based surcharge will be shown at checkout.
If a delivery appointment is missed and a rescheduled delivery is needed, Beyond Television says this may incur a charge ranging from £30.00 to £200.00 depending on product size, weight and delivery address. They ask that you make sure someone is available to accept the delivery to avoid these potential fees. Specific missed-delivery charges are assessed relative to the product and service used, so contact customer services for the exact cost for your order.
Delivery options, including click & collect where available, appear at checkout once you enter your delivery postcode. Click & collect is therefore item- and postcode-specific and will show up as an option if it applies. If click & collect doesn’t appear but you need it, contact customer services for help. Collection instructions and any related charges are provided at checkout or via customer support.
You have a statutory 14‑day right to cancel online or telephone orders for non‑faulty goods, during which you can get a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Beyond Television also offers a further returns window of up to 100 days for items returned unused, in original packaging and undamaged, where a full refund may be provided. Returns after the initial 14 days but within the 100‑day period may be assessed and must meet the return conditions. Normally, customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of goods unless customer services arrange otherwise.
If a fault is identified within 30 days of delivery, Beyond Television says you can return the item for a full refund, repair or replacement and they will arrange collection at no cost. If a fault is found after 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty is usually used to arrange repair. The company will liaise with customers and manufacturers where appropriate to resolve faults beyond the initial 30‑day window. Damaged or faulty items should also be reported within three working days to preserve courier claims and speed up resolution.
Refunds for cancelled orders or returned goods are processed within 14 days of Beyond Television receiving the returned items. This 14‑day refund window applies to returns made under statutory cancellation rights. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless other arrangements apply. The timeframe starts from the date the returned goods are received and inspected by the returns or service department.
Items returned not in their original condition may incur charges, including a minimum handling/restocking fee or percentage deductions. For example, goods deemed not resalable as new may face a minimum 25% handling fee off the original purchase price. Missing accessories can attract specific charges and administration fees - for instance, a £29.99 fee for missing remote controls or accessories. To avoid such deductions, return all original packaging and accessories where possible.
Manufacturer guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights and often cover repairs after the retailer period. Beyond Television may refer customers to manufacturers for warranty repairs where the manufacturer handles faults directly. Warranty length and terms vary by product and manufacturer and are detailed in the product documentation. Keep proof of purchase and contact details handy when making a manufacturer warranty claim.
Beyond Television runs a Price Match Guarantee that will match lower prices found at major authorised UK resellers, subject to terms and conditions. Eligible products must be brand new, in original packaging, available for immediate delivery, identical in specification and from authorised UK retailer stores or websites. The guarantee excludes certain categories such as audio equipment and is generally limited to one claim per customer/household per model. Contact the company with evidence of the lower price to request a match.
There are exclusions for price match claims, including retailers that only accept BACs payments, non‑authorised sellers and items not available for immediate delivery. The guarantee also excludes audio equipment such as soundbars and speakers, and only applies to current models. Due to limited stock, price matches may be restricted to one per customer or household for each model. The lower price must be for an identical product specification, colour and condition to qualify.
If engineers inspect an item returned as faulty and find no fault, Beyond Television says you’ll be offered options that may include return of the goods with delivery charged to you. Alternatives include a refund less any applicable delivery, collection and inspection costs which start at a minimum of £50.00, or refusal of return in which case a 25% handling/restocking fee may be applied. These measures are in place to cover inspection and transport costs when no fault is found.
