Sonic Direct at a glance

Buying direct
Sonic Direct (Sonic Megastore Ltd) sells online and from its 30,000 sq ft megastore on Ingleby Road, Bradford, open every day (Sundays 10.30am to 4.30pm). It is a member of the Euronics buying group.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Delivery
The charge depends on your postcode and shows once you choose "Add for Delivery" and enter it; buying more than one item takes an extra discount off the delivery price. In-stock items ordered before 3pm get next-day delivery in Yorkshire, and small items (including TVs up to 42 inches) go by Parcelforce tracked next working day. AB, BT, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PH and TD postcodes must call for a price.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Free delivery
No free-delivery threshold is published. Product pages say free delivery is often available to certain areas, and the terms say any free-delivery promotion is for specific items, postcodes or a limited period.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Returns
Tell Sonic Direct by email or letter within 14 days of delivery or collection. Goods must be complete, unused, not installed and in their original packaging; you arrange and pay for the return, and the refund follows within 30 days.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Click and collect
Same-day click and collect from the Bradford megastore (BD8 9AN) saves the delivery charge: choose "Add for Click & Collect" in the basket and wait for the text, call or email saying your order is ready. The cardholder must collect, with the order number, photo ID showing the order's name and address, and the payment card (or PayPal confirmation).Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Price match
Sonic Direct's Price Beat Guarantee promises to beat AO.com, Argos, John Lewis and Currys, and it considers like-for-like matches from other reputable UK retailers. Both must have the item in stock, the comparison uses the total cost including delivery, and voucher codes, sale periods and manufacturer cashback may not be considered. Ask by live chat or on 01274 575000.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Voucher codes
Codes are printed on the product pages they work on, in an "Apply a Voucher Code?" box, and the "Latest Voucher Code Discounts" page lists every product that has one (42 on 27 October 2026: selected LG, Stoves, TCL, Candy and Vivanco products).Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov
Bundle deals
Buying three or more products, you can ask for a bundle price below the advertised prices: choose "Add For Bundle Deals" on each product page and send the form, or call 01274 575000. Sonic Direct replies within 24 hours.Source: sonicdirect.co.uk, read 1 Nov

How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a new microwave oven at Sonic Direct for £199.00, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £79.60 and the code a further £11.94, so the basket drops to £107.46: a saving of £91.54. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.
