We charge £3.99 for Standard Delivery on most UK orders. Standard Delivery usually arrives within 2 to 5 working days. It doesn’t cover Direct Despatch items, which can take longer. The stated fee applies at the time of ordering unless the checkout shows something different.
Express Delivery is £6.99 and aims to arrive within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. To get a Monday–Friday Express slot you need to order by 2:30pm on Friday. The service excludes Bank Holidays and Direct Despatch products. If an item or postcode isn’t eligible the Express option won’t appear at checkout.
Some products are marked Direct Despatch and are sent straight from the manufacturer rather than our warehouse. These can take up to 7 days to arrive and aren’t eligible for Express Delivery. Standard delivery estimates may not apply - lead times for Direct Despatch items are shown on the product page where relevant.
There’s no standard FREE delivery minimum listed in our public delivery information. Delivery charges such as Standard at £3.99 or Express at £6.99 apply unless a specific offer is shown at checkout. Returns via an Evri Parcelshop have a fixed deduction of £2.99 from the refund when the original payment was by debit/credit card, cheque or PayPal. The same £2.99 applies to Damart Personal Accounts. You don’t pay upfront for the Parcelshop option - the fee is taken from your refund. Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
If we arrange an Evri courier collection by phone, a fixed £3.99 return charge will be deducted from refunds for payments made by debit/credit card, cheque or PayPal. The same £3.99 applies to returns from Damart Personal Accounts. Alternatively, you can book an Evri collection directly, with services starting from £2.99 payable to Evri. Keep proof of collection or postage until your refund is confirmed.
To qualify for a refund you must notify us of items to be returned within 14 days from the day after you told us you wished to cancel. Returned goods should be in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and any FREE gifts included. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned goods or once you’ve provided sufficient proof of return. Additional charges such as Express Delivery are non‑refundable.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or sooner if you provide adequate proof of return. If an item arrives damaged or faulty we’ll arrange a FREE courier collection or send a FREE returns label so you can get the item back to us quickly. Returns of damaged or faulty items don’t incur the usual returns deduction when we arrange collection.
To exchange an item, return the original item with the returns form and write the reference number of the replacement you want on the form. If the item is in stock we aim to deliver the replacement within seven days of receiving the exchange request. Normal returns deductions apply depending on the returns method you choose.
We consider acceptance of an online order - and the contract - to be formed when the goods are despatched. Until despatch we may not be able to cancel the order as items are often processed quickly. You may cancel any items within 14 days from the day you receive the goods by exercising the statutory right to cancel in writing. If you use this statutory period we’ll refund the sums paid for the goods, less any charges we may make for collecting the goods if you don’t return them at your own cost. The Damart Personal Account is a running account credit agreement and we set each customer’s credit limit after a credit assessment, up to a maximum of £500. Statements and account management are available through your online account. Refunds to a Personal Account appear on the next monthly statement and any outstanding balance will be offset by refunds. You’ll receive pre‑contract credit information and a Consumer Credit Agreement when opening the account.
