Hana had her eye on some GORE-TEX Hiking Boots costing a total of £200.00 at Tiso, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at Tiso and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Hana used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £108.00 - a massive saving of £92.00! Even better, since her final total exceeded the free delivery threshold of £50.00, she didn't have to pay the usual £3.99 delivery charge. The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and she decided to wait for the sale and see if her dreams would come true! After many good experiences, Hana has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from Tiso.

Tiso charges a standard home delivery fee of £3.99 for most small and regular items. These deliveries aim to arrive within three to five working days. The fee is waived once your order hits the FREE delivery threshold for eligible products. Bear in mind that carriers may, at their discretion, leave parcels with a neighbour or at a local collection point.
Free standard delivery is available on orders of £50 or more for most product categories. Bikes are excluded from this threshold and carry a separate delivery charge. The minimum spend for FREE delivery applies to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only. Check product pages and the delivery information for any category-specific exceptions.
Bike delivery is charged at £24.99 per order. Bikes are usually delivered within five to ten working days because each bike gets a pre-dispatch inspection and specialist packing. Bikes may require some basic assembly on receipt, so check whether pedals are included in the specification. If you need help after delivery, the customer service team can offer guidance.
For selected inflatable canoe and kayak models, delivery is listed at £3.99 when dispatch is within five working days. Inflatable kayaks and paddleboards are eligible for FREE delivery on orders over £50; orders under £50 attract the standard fee. Non-inflatable models are often unavailable for delivery because couriers restrict width and height. Always consult the product listing for specific delivery eligibility and charges.
Tiso doesn’t add an extra delivery fee for Highlands and Islands addresses, but you should allow additional delivery time. Deliveries to these areas may take a few extra days compared with standard UK mainland times. Any significant surcharges for very large or heavy goods will be communicated before dispatch. For bulky items over 15kg, Tiso may use a specialist service and will contact you if a surcharge is necessary.
Click & Collect is FREE at selected stores. Orders can take up to seven working days to arrive in store, with bike Click & Collect taking five to ten working days due to build and inspection times. You can’t reserve items online for collection right now, but you can arrange delivery to store at checkout. Availability depends on the chosen store and stock handling times.
Tiso accepts returns of full-priced online items within 60 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused and in a re-sellable condition. Sale and clearance items have a shorter window: 14 days to notify intent and a further 14 days to return the goods. Returns by post will incur a postage charge starting from £4.50 unless the return is for a faulty or incorrect item, or another qualifying exception. Items can also be returned to any Tiso or Alpine Bikes store with the despatch note for in-store processing.
For change-of-mind returns by post, postage is charged from £4.50 and is arranged by the customer. Tiso recommends using a postal carrier that provides a certificate of posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches the returns address. If the return is due to a fault, an incorrect item, or goods over 20kg, contact customer services before arranging postage. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returns have been received and checked.
The original delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty, an incorrect item was sent, or the order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. If Tiso is responsible for the error, the delivery cost will be refunded along with the product cost. For general change-of-mind returns, the initial delivery fee is not refunded and standard return postage charges apply. If Tiso sent an incorrect item, any postal charges you incur sending it back will be reimbursed.
Once returned goods are received, returns can take up to 14 days to be processed by the returns team. You’ll get an email confirmation when the return has been checked and the refund issued. If more than 14 days have passed since the item arrived and no refund has been processed, contact customer services. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you think a product is faulty, contact customer services by email before returning the item for assessment. Goods returned for assessment should be clean and include your contact details, order number, date of purchase and a brief description of the fault to help with handling. If a fault is confirmed, Tiso will repair, replace, credit or refund the goods and will refund any associated delivery costs where applicable. If an investigation finds the item not to be faulty, Tiso may charge for the costs incurred in dealing with the non-faulty item.
Warranty periods for bicycles vary by model and supplier, and Alpine Bikes will advise you of the exact warranty duration at purchase. Some frames may have extended warranties of five years, ten years or even lifetime coverage depending on the manufacturer. If a problem arises within the warranty period, Alpine Bikes will liaise with the supplier on your behalf as part of the warranty investigation. Local store customer service teams are the primary contact for warranty and aftercare support.
Tiso’s help and policy pages do not show a general price match promise or formal price guarantee for competitor prices. Pricing queries are usually handled by customer services on a case-by-case basis rather than through a sitewide policy. If you have concerns about pricing, contact customer services and they’ll consider requests for price adjustments in line with the company’s terms and the specifics of your order.
Items bought online can be returned to any Tiso or Alpine Bikes store for refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in a re-sellable condition with the despatch note. A valid till receipt or proof of purchase is needed for store returns so refunds can be processed back to the original payment method. Store teams can assist with exchanges immediately where stock and conditions allow. Check store opening times and availability with the store finder before you travel.
When returning a suspected faulty item, include your name, contact details, order number and date of purchase, along with a brief note describing the fault and the completed returns form. Items must be clean and dry; soiled goods may be returned to you for cleaning before Tiso will accept them for investigation. This documentation helps Tiso process investigations and apply the right remedy if a fault is confirmed. Investigations may take time but will be handled within a reasonable timescale.
If Tiso has sent an incorrect item, the company will refund any postal charges you incur when returning that item. Contact Tiso with your order number to be advised on the next steps before returning the goods. Tiso will either refund or replace the incorrect goods once the returned item has been received and processed. Replacement items in these cases are sent at no extra charge to you.
