How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a 3 seater power recliner sofa at SCS for £799.00, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £319.60 and the code a further £47.94, so the basket drops to £431.46: a saving of £367.54. Add the £129.00 delivery charge for the full price. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

How to use an SCS discount code

Check the offers above first. The pages we read on poltronesofa.co.uk (where scs.co.uk now goes) on 14 Oct 2026 show no discount codes: sale savings are already taken off the prices shown.
Choose your sofa on its product page: size, configuration, and one of over 200 fabrics, leathers and colours. Most sofas are made to order.
Add it to your basket and check out. For an online order, the team calls you back at the time you pick at checkout to complete it, and delivery and installation are charged on every order (from £129).
If you have a code from poltronesofà, enter it where the basket or checkout asks for one. We don't open baskets, so we can't say where that box sits.
