Harper had her eye on her weekly groceries order costing a total of £76.92 at Morrisons, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at Morrisons and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Harper used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £41.54 - a massive saving of £35.38! Even better, since her final total exceeded the free delivery threshold of £40.00, she didn't have to pay the usual £3.00 delivery charge. The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and she decided to wait for the sale and see if her dreams would come true! After many good experiences, Harper has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from Morrisons.

New customer promos and seasonal codes pop up all the time, so it pays to refresh the page before checkout. With a valid code you can cut 10–20% off essentials and feel that relief at the till. Don’t forget to watch for exclusions on alcohol or multi-buys so your saving isn’t reduced at the end.
Keep an eye on the Offers page for Morrisons deals on weekly essentials like cereal, soft drinks and ready meals. You’ll often see multi-buys, 3 for 2s and up to 50% off selected lines that make family shops cheaper. A clever grab on a deal can mean more money for a night out or a treat for the kids.
Flash sales and limited-time promotions usually feature popular brands such as Kellogg’s, Hotel Chocolat and big-name wines. Move quickly and you can secure bargains on meal deals and seasonal buys before they end. Many readers tell us those short windows deliver the biggest win - more saved, less stress.
Shop the Savers range and you’ll find hundreds of wallet-friendly food and household essentials that add up fast. Meat, fish, frozen food and bakery lines are often included in category deals, so switching to a promoted brand can save a noticeable chunk. Cutting 20% off your weekly essentials means more money left for what matters.
Watch for targeted promotions on wine, beer and spirits, plus multi-buy offers in bakery and chilled aisles. With simple swaps to deal lines you keep meal plans intact and your budget healthy. Don’t forget to compare unit prices to spot the best value per kilo or litre.
Seasonal events like back-to-school promotions and bank holiday rollouts usually bring big Morrisons offers across snacks, lunchboxes and family meals. Buyer guides and recipe ideas help you turn offers into affordable dinners and give clear inspiration when budgets are tight. The emotional upside is huge - less time worrying about dinner and more evenings together.
Flash sale alerts can land you 3 for £6 deals or 4 for 3 bundles on fresh produce, so plan a quick shop when those pop up. With a simple meal plan you’ll stretch a single deal into several nights of food. Top tip: pair an offer with a loyalty coupon for even better value.
Joining Morrisons More unlocks personalised coupons, points on spend and special More Card promotions that can stack with certain offers. Many members report saving enough in points and vouchers to cover a week’s groceries over time. Beyond seasonal events, loyalty perks help savings go further for regular shoppers.
The Morrisons Delivery Pass also rewards frequent online shoppers with unlimited deliveries on qualifying orders. With the pass you cut delivery costs and can plan more spontaneous online shops without the extra fee. Don’t forget NHS Club and other membership perks that sometimes bring exclusive delivery or product deals.
Home delivery slots start from low prices and the Delivery Pass is a smart move if you order often, saving on recurring delivery fees. Many shoppers find that FREE or cheaper delivery on qualifying orders leaves extra cash for fresh produce or a special treat. Feeling confident about delivery costs means less stress at checkout and more predictability in the budget.
Changing delivery times is straightforward online and returns for non-food items are usually flexible in-store or by collection. With clear policies you can try new brands risk-free and still protect your wallet. Small conveniences like easy changes make shopping feel simpler and more reliable.
Beyond groceries you’ll find services like petrol partnerships, pharmacy click-and-collect and in-store bakery counters that add convenience and potential savings. Often these extras feature specific Morrisons offers on household goods, baby items and pet supplies to keep running costs down. The benefit is practical - save across different parts of life with one trusted shop.
Recipes, meal kits and in-store tastings give inspiration and help you turn offers into tasty meals without wasting food. With a bit of planning those extras help reduce waste while stretching the budget further. Don’t forget to use app notifications and tailored emails so you never miss a deal or voucher worth claiming.
The minimum order value for both Home Delivery and Click & Collect is £25, excluding any delivery or collection charges. You’ll need to meet this threshold before you can check out. Some items paid for with vouchers (for example certain pharmaceutical products) may not count towards the minimum. The minimum is calculated on the order total after any amendments but before the delivery or collection charge is added.
If your Home Delivery order is between £25 and £40 (excluding delivery charges), a small order charge of £3 will be applied at checkout. This charge won’t apply if you have an active paid Delivery Pass that covers the slot you choose. Orders over £40 (excluding delivery charges) aren’t subject to the small order charge. The fee is added automatically during checkout where relevant.
Delivery charges depend on your delivery address, the day and time of your chosen slot, and the value of your order. All applicable delivery charges are shown when you pick a slot and again at checkout, so you can see the exact cost before you pay. Some premium slots or peak times may cost more than off-peak slots. Any Delivery Pass benefits that cover a slot will override the charged delivery for that slot.
The price of a Delivery Pass depends on the type: an Anytime monthly pass is £8, a six‑month Anytime pass is £45 and an annual Anytime pass is £70. Midweek Delivery Pass options are monthly £5, six‑month £25 and annual £40. The website shows per‑week equivalents (for example the annual Midweek option is shown as 77p per week) to illustrate value. The membership fee displayed on the website at purchase is the fee charged and is non‑refundable except as set out in the pass terms.
A Delivery Pass gives the named account holder up to one FREE delivery of goods per day during the pass term on days and times covered by the pass. The pass also provides FREE Click & Collect for slots covered by the membership. During Morrisons’ specified Christmas delivery window there are particular allowances (for example two FREE deliveries in that period subject to limits). The pass doesn’t guarantee a delivery slot but can give priority access to some slot releases.
Click & Collect orders need a minimum order total of £25 excluding collection charges. Collection charges can vary by the day and time of your chosen slot and the exact charge is shown when you pick a slot and again at checkout. A Delivery Pass that covers the slot will provide FREE Click & Collect for that slot. If you’re collecting age‑restricted items you must bring photo ID under the Challenge 25 policy.
You can cancel a Delivery Pass within 14 days of the confirmation email if it hasn’t been used, and the fee will be refunded. If the pass has been used or the 14‑day period has passed, Morrisons may, at its discretion, agree to cancel but may not refund. Free trial passes auto‑renew to paid subscriptions unless you disable auto‑renew in your account settings before renewal. Notices and cancellations must follow the Delivery Pass terms and customer services guidance.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services to discuss options - Morrisons will refund faulty items. For perishable products, notify the retailer before the product’s use‑by or best before date where possible. Where a refund is agreed, Morrisons will arrange return of defective products and will promptly refund the price or arrange replacements. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of the fault and to inspect goods at delivery to report issues promptly.
Most products bought online carry the legal right to change your mind and get a refund; you must notify Morrisons in writing or by completing the cancellation form within 14 days from the day the products are delivered. Cancelled products must be returned within 30 days of notifying Morrisons, after which Morrisons will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return. This right doesn’t apply to perishable items, personalised goods or sealed items opened for hygiene reasons. Returned goods should be packaged securely and, where possible, in the original packaging.
If an item is missing at the time of delivery you can tell the driver and the bill will be recalculated instantly to reflect what was delivered. If you notice missing items after the driver has left, contact Customer Services for help and to arrange a refund or redelivery where appropriate. Missing perishable items reported within the specified timeframes may be refunded more quickly. The website also offers an online route to request refunds without phoning in many cases.
Morrisons limits sales of any one individual product online to a maximum of 18 items to protect availability for all customers. This limit is applied at the point of ordering on the website and is enforced automatically during checkout. The restriction helps ensure fair distribution of popular items. Exceptions or additional restrictions may be applied at Morrisons’ discretion for specific products or circumstances.
The online grocery service accepts major card payments including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and also accepts PayPal where offered. Certain older card schemes and cash aren’t accepted online. Payment is taken at checkout and the price of products and delivery charges shown are inclusive of VAT. If payment is declined, Morrisons reserves the right to suspend services related to the order until payment is authorised.
Morrisons runs a Price Match scheme that matches selected own‑brand and comparable products to the cheaper price of equivalent items sold by Aldi and Lidl. The scheme applies to selected products listed under the Price Match offering and prices are checked in England, Scotland and Wales according to the published terms. Price Match comparisons exclude promotions, multi‑buy offers and loyalty card prices and are applied to comparable sizes or pro‑rata unit prices where necessary. Availability of Price Match products can vary by store and Morrisons reserves the right to amend the list of matched products.
If the correct price of a product is higher than the stated price when the order is picked, Morrisons will notify you at delivery and you can accept or reject the product. If you reject the item, Morrisons won’t charge for it and will return it at no cost to you. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, Morrisons will charge the lower amount. All product prices and delivery charges are normally quoted inclusive of VAT at the time of ordering.
Where Morrisons plastic carrier bags are used for delivery, there may be occasions when you can return used bags to the driver and receive reimbursement for each returned Morrisons bag. By law a charge for single‑use plastic bags may be applied and any reimbursement policy is subject to limitations stated by the retailer. Check the Help Hub or ask the driver at delivery for guidance on returning bags. Morrisons reserves the right to amend or cancel bag return and reimbursement arrangements.
You can contact Morrisons Customer Services by telephone on 0345 611 6111 between the times published by the retailer, or via the online Help Hub to submit queries and complaints. The contact number is provided in Delivery Pass terms and on the website for order issues including refunds, cancellations and delivery problems. Written notice or correspondence can also be posted to the Freepost address shown in the terms and conditions. Customer Services will handle queries in line with the published terms and relevant statutory rights.
