The minimum order value for both Home Delivery and Click & Collect is £25, excluding any delivery or collection charges. You’ll need to meet this threshold before you can check out. Some items paid for with vouchers (for example certain pharmaceutical products) may not count towards the minimum. The minimum is calculated on the order total after any amendments but before the delivery or collection charge is added.
If your Home Delivery order is between £25 and £40 (excluding delivery charges), a small order charge of £3 will be applied at checkout. This charge won’t apply if you have an active paid Delivery Pass that covers the slot you choose. Orders over £40 (excluding delivery charges) aren’t subject to the small order charge. The fee is added automatically during checkout where relevant.
Delivery charges depend on your delivery address, the day and time of your chosen slot, and the value of your order. All applicable delivery charges are shown when you pick a slot and again at checkout, so you can see the exact cost before you pay. Some premium slots or peak times may cost more than off-peak slots. Any Delivery Pass benefits that cover a slot will override the charged delivery for that slot.
The price of a Delivery Pass depends on the type: an Anytime monthly pass is £8, a six‑month Anytime pass is £45 and an annual Anytime pass is £70. Midweek Delivery Pass options are monthly £5, six‑month £25 and annual £40. The website shows per‑week equivalents (for example the annual Midweek option is shown as 77p per week) to illustrate value. The membership fee displayed on the website at purchase is the fee charged and is non‑refundable except as set out in the pass terms.
A Delivery Pass gives the named account holder up to one FREE delivery of goods per day during the pass term on days and times covered by the pass. The pass also provides FREE Click & Collect for slots covered by the membership. During Morrisons’ specified Christmas delivery window there are particular allowances (for example two FREE deliveries in that period subject to limits). The pass doesn’t guarantee a delivery slot but can give priority access to some slot releases.
Click & Collect orders need a minimum order total of £25 excluding collection charges. You can cancel a Delivery Pass within 14 days of the confirmation email if it hasn’t been used, and the fee will be refunded. If the pass has been used or the 14‑day period has passed, Morrisons may, at its discretion, agree to cancel but may not refund. Free trial passes auto‑renew to paid subscriptions unless you disable auto‑renew in your account settings before renewal. Notices and cancellations must follow the Delivery Pass terms and customer services guidance.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services to discuss options - Morrisons will refund faulty items. For perishable products, notify the retailer before the product’s use‑by or best before date where possible. Where a refund is agreed, Morrisons will arrange return of defective products and will promptly refund the price or arrange replacements. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of the fault and to inspect goods at delivery to report issues promptly.
Most products bought online carry the legal right to change your mind and get a refund; you must notify Morrisons in writing or by completing the cancellation form within 14 days from the day the products are delivered. Cancelled products must be returned within 30 days of notifying Morrisons, after which Morrisons will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return. This right doesn’t apply to perishable items, personalised goods or sealed items opened for hygiene reasons. Returned goods should be packaged securely and, where possible, in the original packaging.
If an item is missing at the time of delivery you can tell the driver and the bill will be recalculated instantly to reflect what was delivered. If you notice missing items after the driver has left, contact Customer Services for help and to arrange a refund or redelivery where appropriate. Missing perishable items reported within the specified timeframes may be refunded more quickly. The website also offers an online route to request refunds without phoning in many cases.
Morrisons limits sales of any one individual product online to a maximum of 18 items to protect availability for all customers. The scheme applies to selected products listed under the Price Match offering and prices are checked in England, Scotland and Wales according to the published terms. Price Match comparisons exclude promotions, multi‑buy offers and loyalty card prices and are applied to comparable sizes or pro‑rata unit prices where necessary. Availability of Price Match products can vary by store and Morrisons reserves the right to amend the list of matched products.
If the correct price of a product is higher than the stated price when the order is picked, Morrisons will notify you at delivery and you can accept or reject the product. If you reject the item, Morrisons won’t charge for it and will return it at no cost to you. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, Morrisons will charge the lower amount. All product prices and delivery charges are normally quoted inclusive of VAT at the time of ordering.
Where Morrisons plastic carrier bags are used for delivery, there may be occasions when you can return used bags to the driver and receive reimbursement for each returned Morrisons bag. By law a charge for single‑use plastic bags may be applied and any reimbursement policy is subject to limitations stated by the retailer. Check the Help Hub or ask the driver at delivery for guidance on returning bags. Morrisons reserves the right to amend or cancel bag return and reimbursement arrangements.
