Often a simple code knocks money off everyday favourites like English Breakfast or Pure Peppermint, so always check before you buy. With a little patience you can snap up time-limited Twinings offers that trim your weekly spending. Don’t forget that even 5–10% off adds up across monthly tea runs, freeing cash for other joys.
Seasonal flash sales and multibuy deals pop up across the site, making it easy to stock up for less. Many shoppers spot clearance hampers, gifts from under £10 and up to 50% off seasonal blends during these events. Those savings mean more left for pop-up treats or a cosy weekend brew.
There are often targeted Twinings deals for occasions like Mother’s Day or summer iced tea promos, so keep one eye on the sale tab. Bundle discounts can save you a lot on boxes of tea, teaware and sweet accompaniments. Top tip: sign up for alerts to catch quick promotions before they vanish.
Explore category discounts across black, green and herbal teas plus matcha and hot chocolate for broad savings. Many shoppers mix essentials with speciality loose teas or tea caddies while grabbing category-specific Twinings offers. Cutting 20% off favourite blends gives you more spare cash for weekend treats or afternoon baking.
Biscuits, marmalades and chocolate are often paired in promos or hamper deals to create value bundles. With product-filtering you can find family favourites, wellbeing drinks and gift sets on sale in minutes. Don’t forget that grabbing multi-pack deals is one of the simplest ways to save long term.
Keep an eye out for seasonal events and buyer guides that point to lightning sales and recommended bundles for gifting. Many guides flag limited-time Twinings deals during tea-focused events or product launches - perfect for early-bird savings. That kind of timing can shave a noticeable chunk off your annual grocery spend.
Often the best route to a bargain is planning around a scheduled sale or a themed promotion like summer iced infusions. Short guides show which blends to stock and when to buy, saving both time and money. Beyond seasonal events, loyalty perks help your savings go further when you shop regularly.
Joining the newsletter and loyalty lists often unlocks exclusive Twinings offers like early access to sales and special discounts. Many subscribers also get occasional student and key worker discounts, which add extra value at checkout. Those ongoing savings keep routine tea purchases budget-friendly and enjoyable.

Delivery options usually include standard shipping from around £3.95 and express choices for faster arrival at a modest extra cost. Many shoppers save by combining orders to hit free-delivery thresholds or by choosing slower delivery when time allows. That little planning step can leave more money for premium blends and occasional treats.
Return policies are often straightforward, and you can use back-in-stock alerts for favourite items that sell out fast. With clear delivery windows and tracking you’ll know when to expect hampers or gift sets. Top tip: consolidate orders to reduce delivery fees and cut your annual spend.
Beyond products, Twinings offers gift wrapping, hampers and curated sets that make gifting simple and often cheaper than buying items separately. Many customers value sustainability initiatives and responsible sourcing details when choosing blends, which adds emotional value to savings. That responsible purchase can feel like a small win while still keeping costs reasonable.
Extras like recipe ideas, tea-tasting guides and teaware recommendations help you get more from each purchase. With handy services such as notify-when-back-in-stock and newsletter recipes, you’ll enjoy new flavours without overspending. Don’t forget: combining services with Twinings voucher codes often stretches your money further.
Twinings charges a standard UK delivery fee of £3.95 for orders under £35. This standard rate covers most mainland UK addresses and is added at checkout when your order total is below the free-delivery threshold. Twinings aims to prepare and despatch standard orders within two working days, though actual delivery times can vary with order volumes. You’ll see the delivery cost before you pay, both in the basket and at checkout.
Free standard delivery applies to Twinings orders of £35 or more for mainland UK addresses. The free-postage threshold is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying value. The delivery service itself is the same whether your order qualifies for FREE delivery or not. Don’t forget to check your basket to confirm the shipping option and cost before you complete payment.
Twinings offers an Express UK delivery option priced at £6.95. Orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday to Thursday) are prioritised for quicker despatch, with the aim of reaching you within two working days from dispatch. The express service is handled by DHL and Royal Mail, but Twinings does not guarantee next-day delivery. The express fee is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Highlands & Islands standard delivery is £3.95 on orders under £35, but extra charges apply for heavier parcels: orders between 4 kg and 15 kg incur a £6.20 charge, and orders over 15 kg incur an £18.95 charge. These higher charges reflect the extra logistical cost of shipping larger consignments to remote locations and will be confirmed before despatch if they don’t appear at checkout. Large-volume orders may also face other shipping charges, which Twinings will discuss with you prior to despatch. Any weight-related surcharge will be shown before payment where possible.
Twinings charges £21.95 for Highlands & Islands Express delivery. This premium rate ensures express couriers can reach remote UK locations within an expedited timescale. If you select the express option at checkout and the order is later returned for ineligible reasons, Twinings may not be able to refund that express postage charge. The exact charge is shown during checkout.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at the standard UK delivery rate of £3.95. Twinings cannot ship BFPO orders on the Express (£6.95) service and will be unable to refund express postage if an ineligible method is selected. BFPO orders must weigh less than 2 kg. If an order that qualified for FREE standard delivery is sent to BFPO and returned, Twinings reserves the right to deduct £3.95 to cover postage. These terms ensure carriage rules for military addresses are met.
Twinings offers standard UK delivery and an express option. Standard timescales typically allow up to five working days from despatch, while express aims for two working days. Some carrier estimates may be shorter (for example Royal Mail Tracked 48 guidance), but Twinings advises allowing the maximum working days specified before contacting customer services. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Tracking information is sent by email once your order has been despatched.
International delivery costs vary by destination, size and weight and are displayed during checkout after you enter the delivery address. Twinings asks customers to add items to the basket and proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping charge before payment. Courier services and timescales for international shipments may include Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx, but the precise cost is calculated per order and destination. Duties and taxes may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
Twinings states that any additional import duties and taxes on international orders must be paid by the customer and cannot be predicted or refunded by the company. Orders despatched from Northern Ireland mean there are no duties and taxes on shipments delivered within the EU (excluding Norway and Switzerland), but other destinations may incur charges. If customs charges are unpaid and the order is returned, Twinings cannot refund shipping costs and may subtract return costs from any refund. Top tip: check with your local customs office for likely charges before placing an order.
Twinings accepts returns of unopened, untampered goods for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The return address is Twinings, Unit 13, 15 Trench Road, Mallusk, BT36 4TY, and customers should include a note with the order number and reason for return to help processing. Certain items are excluded from returns, including personalised items and confectionery, and reduced sale items with a short best-before date may also be non-returnable. Return postage will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to an error by Twinings.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact Twinings with photos within 14 working days of receipt so they can investigate and resolve the issue. The company may offer a replacement or reimbursement subject to the investigation and carrier findings. If you contact them outside the 14-working-day window, Twinings may be unable to investigate or provide reimbursement. Clear photos speed up the resolution.
For incorrect or missing items, Twinings asks customers to contact Consumer Services within five days of receiving the order so the error can be investigated. Contact can be made by telephone or email and Twinings will look to correct the error where possible. If you wait longer than five days, they may be unable to investigate or reimburse. The five-day reporting window helps ensure quick resolution and accurate reconciliation of packing errors.
Twinings currently does not offer exchanges through the online shop; instead, return the unwanted item for a refund within 30 days and place a new order if you want a different product. Returned items must not be opened, tampered with or consumed to qualify for a refund. The returns address and conditions are provided on the FAQs and returns policy pages to guide you through the process. This keeps stock managed consistently and ensures refunds are processed before replacement purchases.
Return postage will not be reimbursed by Twinings unless the return is due to an error caused by the company. If you return items for a change of mind, or for reasons not caused by Twinings, expect to cover the cost of return postage yourself. If Twinings made an error, reasonable return postage will be refunded as part of the resolution. Refunds are processed once returned goods and conditions are verified.
If an order is returned to Twinings due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, the company cannot refund any shipping costs. Returned delivery costs and any associated return fees may be deducted from any refund value. Twinings will contact you prior to despatch where additional shipping charges are required for large-volume orders. Make sure you provide the correct address to avoid extra charges.
For UK orders Twinings asks customers to contact them within 18 days of placing the order if delivery appears not to have occurred so the company can investigate with carriers. For international orders the window to report non-delivery is 30 days from placing the order. If you contact them outside these timeframes, Twinings may be unable to track the order or provide reimbursement. These reporting windows help ensure timely carrier investigations and possible reimbursement or replacement.
Twinings uses a range of couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DX (IFS), FedEx (IFS) and DHL for UK deliveries. For international shipments they typically use Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx. The express service is usually handled by DHL and Royal Mail, and tracked updates are sent via email after despatch. Different courier services may be used depending on parcel size, destination and the delivery option you select at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel has been despatched.
