If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £17.60 and the code a further £2.64, so the basket drops to £23.76: a saving of £20.24. How to use a Next discount code

Sign in to your Next account: its codes are personal and only the account holder can use them.
Follow the link in Next's email or leaflet and enter your unique ten-digit PIN.
If you pay in full when you order, the discount comes off straight away. On a nextpay account it comes off once you've received your statement.
Multibuys and free gifts need no code: Next's terms say the gift is added to your bag once the qualifying products are in it.
