Returned goods are inspected and refunds for qualifying returns are issued within 14 days of receipt.
Once we receive returned goods we’ll inspect them and, if they’re in “as new” condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt. We check that product and fire retardant tags are present and that items are in saleable condition. If items aren’t in the required condition the refund may be adjusted after inspection.
