The team will place the goods in the room of your choice, unpack, assemble if needed and take away the packaging. If no one is there to sign for the delivery, the goods will go back to the distribution centre and a re‑delivery charge will apply.
Standard delivery covers mainland England and Wales. Additional charges apply for Scotland, Northern Ireland and addresses outside the mainland UK. Returned goods are inspected and refunds for qualifying returns are issued within 14 days of receipt.
Once we receive returned goods we’ll inspect them and, if they’re in “as new” condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt. We check that product and fire retardant tags are present and that items are in saleable condition. If items aren’t in the required condition the refund may be adjusted after inspection.
