You have 28 days from the day after delivery to return items if you change your mind. Returned items must be new, unused with labels attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. We won’t accept returns outside the 28‑day period except in certain faulty item cases and may deduct charges for late returns. Your statutory consumer rights aren’t affected by this policy.
Returns using one of our supported options are not charged by us. You can arrange returns via the return portal (type JACAMO as the retailer) and drop parcels at Evri ParcelShops or lockers, or arrange a courier collection where available. If you use an alternative return method, the cost is payable by you and cannot be reclaimed from us. Keep proof of return until your refund is processed.
We aim to process returns promptly but it may take up to 14 days to process a return once received. For card payments, allow up to a further 5 working days for the card to be credited after processing. We’ll email you when the return is received and the refund has been processed. If your return has been pending longer than the stated timescales, please contact customer services.
If an order hasn’t been despatched, we’ll try to cancel it if you contact us as soon as possible, though this can’t be guaranteed. Once you’ve received a despatch email the order can’t be amended, but cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations still apply.
