Click & Collect is FREE on orders over £30, subject to product eligibility and exclusions for certain large items. Orders under the minimum are charged at £4.99 for Click & Collect. Parcels are held at the chosen ParcelShop for 10 days and you must bring photographic ID to collect.
Where eligible, we offer delivery to Evri ParcelShops and lockers so you can pick up at a convenient local outlet. The Click & Collect option will show at checkout when it applies to your items and address. ParcelShop deliveries are held for 10 days before returning to sender if not collected. You’ll be notified of arrival by text message and email.
We offer a delivery subscription that gives 12 months of unlimited delivery for a single upfront payment shown at checkout. The advertised checkout price for Jacamo’s 12‑month delivery subscription is £10.99 as displayed on the bag/checkout pages. The subscription covers standard, next day, nominated and Click & Collect services, though supplementary charges for large or heavy items may still apply. The subscription does not renew automatically and can be bought again after expiry.
You have 28 days from the day after delivery to return items if you change your mind. Returned items must be new, unused with labels attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. We won’t accept returns outside the 28‑day period except in certain faulty item cases and may deduct charges for late returns. Your statutory consumer rights aren’t affected by this policy.
Returns using one of our supported options are not charged by us. You can arrange returns via the return portal (type JACAMO as the retailer) and drop parcels at Evri ParcelShops or lockers, or arrange a courier collection where available. If you use an alternative return method, the cost is payable by you and cannot be reclaimed from us. Keep proof of return until your refund is processed.
We aim to process returns promptly but it may take up to 14 days to process a return once received. For card payments, allow up to a further 5 working days for the card to be credited after processing. We’ll email you when the return is received and the refund has been processed. If your return has been pending longer than the stated timescales, please contact customer services.
If an order hasn’t been despatched, we’ll try to cancel it if you contact us as soon as possible, though this can’t be guaranteed. Once you’ve received a despatch email the order can’t be amended, but cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations still apply. Under those regulations you may cancel most orders within 14 days after delivery, subject to listed exceptions. If the whole order is cancelled and returned, we’ll refund the item costs plus the standard delivery charge, excluding nominated or supplementary delivery fees.
If you receive faulty, damaged or broken goods, contact our customer service for guidance and use the site’s fault reporting forms where appropriate. We may offer repair, replacement parts or a refund depending on product type and supplier arrangements.
