The £2.99 price applies to standard shop orders rather than certain Online Doctor or prescription-specific services.
Yes - FREE standard delivery applies to shop orders over £30 with Pharmacy2U. Orders under £30 are charged the standard delivery fee for the selected service. The FREE threshold covers the EVRI Tracked 48-hour standard option and related Click & Collect standard services. Pharmacy2U offers an EVRI UK Tracked 24-hour next working day option priced at £5.09 for standard shop deliveries. There’s also an EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 24-hour next working day option priced at £3.49. Once your parcel reaches the collection point you have ten days to pick it up before it’s sent back to the warehouse and refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery charges for Online Doctor and private prescription orders differ from shop orders. Pharmacy2U lists Royal Mail charges of £6.25 for express or Tracked 24-hour services where applicable. For private prescriptions under £40, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £6.25 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.45; orders over £40 may qualify for FREE delivery. For shop items you must notify Pharmacy2U within 14 days of delivery and then return the item within a further 14 days - a maximum 28-day cooling-off period. Returned goods should be unused, unopened and in saleable condition with original packaging intact for a refund to be accepted. Pharmacy2U can refuse refunds for items not returned in a saleable condition or that are damaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take up to seven working days to be acknowledged by the card provider.
Medicines and prescribed items supplied against a prescription or via the Online Doctor service can’t be refunded or replaced unless they’re faulty or damaged on arrival. Dispensed medicines can’t be re-dispensed for safety reasons, so returns are only accepted in those specific faulty or damaged cases. If you’re concerned about a faulty product, contact customer care to discuss the situation and arrange handling. Unwanted medicines should be disposed of safely - the pharmacy can accept returns for safe destruction via a Freepost address.
Customers should post returned shop items and eligible returns to the Freepost address shown on the returns pages. Package returns securely and include any required order information so they can be processed. For medicines there’s a separate Freepost address for safe destruction rather than the standard returns flow. If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, contact customer care before posting it back.
Refunds for accepted returns are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, in line with the pharmacy’s payment provider requirements. It can take up to seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider. The pharmacy assesses returned items before processing refunds and can refuse refunds for items not returned in a saleable condition. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these refund practices.
If a Click & Collect parcel isn’t collected within ten days of arrival at the chosen location, Pharmacy2U will return the order to the warehouse and refund the order amount to the payment method used. You’ll be notified when the order arrives at the collection point and have the ten-day window to collect it. Returned Click & Collect orders are handled under the general returns and refund policy once they’re back at the warehouse.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact customer care straight away so the issue can be investigated and resolved. Faulty or damaged shop items may be refunded or replaced subject to assessment and return in suitable condition. For prescribed medicines that arrive damaged or faulty the pharmacy will discuss the matter with you and take appropriate action, since such items can’t normally be re-dispensed.
