How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a jar of pro-collagen night cream at Elemis for £120.00, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £48.00 and the code a further £7.20, so the basket drops to £64.80: a saving of £55.20. That is still over the £50.00 free delivery threshold, so the £2.95 delivery charge doesn't apply. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

How to use an Elemis promo code

  1. Add your products to your shopping bag on elemis.com.
  2. Open your bag, choose Apply promo code, type the code into the Promo code box and apply it.
  3. Free-gift offers need no code: reach the spend and choose your gift in the bag. A gift and a code can't go on the same order, so to use a code instead, take the gift out of your bag first.
  4. Only one promotional code works per order. Student and NHS codes are single-use: get a new one from UNiDAYS or Health Service Discounts each time you shop.

Elemis puts its current codes and free gifts on its Offers page. Its spend-and-get gifts need no code: you choose the gift in your bag. The pages we read on 30 Oct showed no 30% off code.

Why is my Elemis discount code not working?

Most often it's the exclusions or a free gift. Welcome and student codes skip travel sizes, supersizes, collections, Advent, New In and the ULTRA SMART range. A code can't go on an order with a free gift offer, so take the gift out of your bag first, and only one code works per order.

What is Elemis's returns policy?

Elemis gives a full refund within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Contact Customer Care first; online orders must go back by post, and any free gift must go back with them.
