How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying some storage boxes at Viking for £159.94, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £63.98 and the code a further £9.60, so the basket drops to £86.37: a saving of £73.57. How to use a Viking voucher code

Sign in to your Viking account, or register: Viking links each voucher code to your customer number, so a code only works while you are logged in.
Add your items to your basket on viking-direct.co.uk. Prices show ex VAT unless you switch to "incl. VAT" at the top of the page.
In the basket, or on the checkout screen, type the code in the box below "Enter a voucher code" exactly as given (hyphens included, no spaces) and click "Apply".
Only one code works per order, and it can't be added once the order is placed. Promo-priced items, multi-buy deals, stamps, Apple products, personalised items, hampers and gift cards don't count towards a code's minimum spend.

Viking's own voucher page listed one code on 15 October 2026: VGB-UK15NEW, 15% off a first order over £89 ex VAT, valid until 4 January 2027. It listed no codes for existing customers. Subscribing to Viking's newsletter on the same page gets £10 off your next order of £59 or more ex VAT.

Viking's voucher page showed no codes for existing customers on 15 October 2026. Existing customers can still get £10 off an order of £59 or more ex VAT by subscribing to the newsletter, and a free gift from the Free Gift Shop on orders from £49 ex VAT. Businesses spending £3,000 or more a year can apply for Viking One, with individual prices and members-only promotions.

What is the cut-off for Viking next day delivery?

Stock items ordered before 6pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next working day in England and Wales; the cut-off is 5pm in Scotland and 4.30pm in Northern Ireland. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, take two working days, furniture takes extra days, and some Highland, island and offshore postcodes take two to five days.

How do I return something to Viking?
