For UK customers, standard photo prints are normally received within 1–2 working days from dispatch. This estimate applies to smaller items sent by Royal Mail and reflects typical transit times rather than guaranteed schedules. Top tip: allow a bit longer during busy periods. Canvas prints, framed or mounted prints and personalised mugs usually take 2–3 working days to arrive at a UK address from dispatch. Because goods are made to your specification, there’s no general statutory right to withdraw. That said, contact Snap Mad as soon as possible if you want to cancel - if manufacturing hasn’t started they’ll do their best to cancel the order. Once manufacture has started cancellation may not be possible, so discuss options with them promptly.
Snap Mad may reject an order for reasons such as payment authorisation failure, product unavailability, or breaches of terms and conditions. If an order is rejected any payment already taken will be reversed within 30 days. The company isn’t obliged to offer compensation beyond refunding the payment. Customers will be contacted with details if an order is refused.
If you find defects or damage, tell Snap Mad as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 28 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence to help assessment. The terms clarify what isn’t considered a defect - for example small size tolerances and colour differences due to source image quality. If an order is rejected before manufacture Snap Mad will refund payments and reverse charges within 30 days. For goods found to be faulty and reported within the defect period, the company will assess the complaint and advise on replacement or refund per its procedures. Snap Mad retains title to goods until the order total has been paid in full and states that risk passes on delivery. Include your order number when contacting support to speed up any refund.
Snap Mad accepts debit card, credit card or PayPal payments as set out in the terms and conditions. Payment is processed at order confirmation and you’ll get a confirmation email with order details once payment has been taken. If you have sufficient account credit that may also be used. Snap Mad stores uploaded images FREE of charge but doesn’t guarantee indefinite storage and will remove images after a period of inactivity. The terms advise keeping your own copies of image files since site storage isn’t guaranteed. The website also provides an option to remove all previously uploaded images from your account - image storage is offered as a convenience, not a permanent archive.
All sizes shown on the website are approximate and small deviations can occur because products are made individually. Colour variation between your original image and the printed product isn’t treated as a defect unless it’s caused by avoidable technical problems. Snap Mad offers a Pro Colour Correction service to improve results, but images heavily altered with filters may not be further adjusted.
