If you cancel within the statutory cancellation period, Blue Tomato will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 21 days of receiving the cancellation. If you chose a delivery method that’s more expensive than Blue Tomato’s standard cheapest option, any extra delivery cost you selected may not be refunded. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. Blue Tomato may delay the refund until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.
Premounted ski sets are excluded from returns because they’re assembled to individual specifications and treated as personalised goods.
