We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, except where personalisation is required. Personalised orders carry an extra 7–10 days for processing in addition to standard dispatch times. So expect longer dispatch times for customised items compared with off-the-shelf goods - this is reflected in our customer service and shipping information.
Please tell us about any item you intend to return within five days of taking delivery, as stated on the returns page. The physical return must be made within 28 days of delivery. If the exchange item you requested is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item. Where appropriate, that refund will include the original shipping charge only under the specific conditions set out in the returns policy. Exchange shipping costs for non-faulty returns are your responsibility and will follow the shipping rate chart. A refund is offered as the alternative when an exchange can’t be fulfilled.

We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable service and ask you to email the tracking number along with your order number once the return is on route. Returned items remain your property until they’re safely delivered to the stated address; we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment unless sent via a trackable, insured service.
Any claims for non-receipt must be made within 30 days after the expected delivery date as set out in our terms and conditions. Contact customer service by email or phone and provide order details so we can investigate missing deliveries. Use the tracking information provided when your order ships to help with any non-receipt claim - prompt notification lets us pursue courier investigations faster.
We accept payment by credit card, SagePay, PayPal, cheque and bank transfer. Accepted card types include VISA, Mastercard and AMEX among others.
