Urban Surfer online discount codes in 2026

How do I apply Urban Surfer discount codes to my online order?

What is the standard UK home delivery charge?

We charge a standard UK delivery fee of £3.50 for most orders. This applies to standard delivery unless you pick a different option at checkout. The fee is calculated and shown during checkout before you pay. Delivery charges are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Is there a FREE delivery minimum spend for UK orders?

Yes - FREE standard UK delivery is available on orders over £49. The FREE delivery threshold is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal goes over that amount. If you return items and your remaining order value drops below the threshold, we may deduct the standard delivery fee from your refund. Don’t forget to check the order summary at checkout to confirm FREE delivery has been applied.

What are the costs for express and premium delivery options?

We list Royal Mail 24 express at £4.90 and a Premium Next Day service at £6.90. Royal Mail 24 aims for next-day delivery but it’s not guaranteed, while the Premium Next Day option generally uses DPD. Royal Mail 24 is FREE for orders over £90; the chosen courier may vary by destination. Delivery times and availability are shown at checkout and can be affected by location.

How much does delivery to Mainland Europe cost?

Mainland Europe standard delivery is £7.90. Delivery usually takes 2–6 days, though customs checks can delay arrival. If you’re ordering from overseas, you may be liable for customs duties or extra fees not included in the delivery charge. We will let you know if additional fees are required before we ship.

What is the delivery charge for Rest of World (ROW) orders?

Rest of World standard delivery is £11.90. Typical delivery times for ROW are about 6–12 days, depending on destination and customs processes. Extra express options may appear at checkout depending on the country. Any additional postage costs for heavier orders may be communicated to you before dispatch.

When will an in-stock order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders the same day if placed before 2:30pm on a normal working day. Orders placed after 2:30pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Our overall dispatch aim is within one working day, with UK delivery typically in 2–4 days depending on the service you choose. Product pages show estimated dispatch or availability where items aren’t immediately available.

How long does urban Surfer say customers have to report missing orders?

Please report missing orders within 30 days of dispatch. We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate and see if any compensation is due. If you want extra cover for loss or damage, ask for it before placing the order and pay for it at that time. Tracking info for recorded or courier deliveries can be requested to support any investigation.

What is Urban Surfer’s returns window for general refunds or exchanges?

We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee - you can return items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided goods are returned in full resalable condition. Separately, you may cancel an order up to the end of the 60th day following the order date by contacting customer services. Returns after 60 days may be accepted at the manager’s discretion. Returned goods should keep tags and original packaging to qualify for the standard refund policy.

Which items are excluded from the returns policy?

Certain items can’t be returned under the standard policy - specifically underwear, swimwear, headphones and jewellery. Perishable items such as product cleaners are also excluded. Don’t forget to check product pages and the returns policy before buying items in these categories.

How are postage costs handled on refunds?

Any postage and packing (P&P) paid on an order won’t be refunded when an item is returned, except where required by law. If FREE delivery was applied and a return reduces the order value below the FREE delivery threshold, the delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method where possible. For PayPal refunds beyond specified time limits, you may be responsible for any fees if a refund is issued after the stated period.

What is the stated guarantee or warranty period on products?

We guarantee all products for at least 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product is faulty within that period, it may be returned for a refund or exchange unless a manufacturer’s guarantee specifies otherwise. Where a manufacturer’s guarantee applies, we’ll direct you to contact the manufacturer. The 12-month guarantee sits alongside your statutory consumer rights.

Does Urban Surfer charge an administration fee for some refunds?

We may apply a 15% administration fee when issuing refunds in certain circumstances. This is referenced for refunds where items are returned after the standard returns period or when orders are refunded minus delivery and an administration charge. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer store credit instead in some cases - any such charges are applied per the terms and communicated during the returns process.

What happens if an order is returned to Urban Surfer as undeliverable?

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge an additional fee before re-shipping. Alternatively, we may refund the cost of the products minus the delivery charge and a 15% administration fee. You’re responsible for providing accurate delivery details to avoid this. We’ll attempt to notify you if an item is returned undelivered and outline re-shipment options.

Can a customer cancel an order after it has been placed?

You can cancel an order up to the end of the 60th day after purchase by emailing customer services. If the order is still processing, we’ll try to cancel dispatch if the request arrives before 3pm on the same day. After 3pm, orders are generally considered shipped and can’t be guaranteed to be retrieved; in that case you’ll need to follow the returns process. You don’t need to give a reason to cancel.

Are customers responsible for customs duties on overseas orders?

Delivery charges don’t include customs duty or other charges that may apply for overseas orders - you’re responsible for those costs. We’ll notify you if additional fees are required prior to shipment where possible. Overseas orders may also incur extra fees for heavier parcels, especially outside the EU. Any extra charges must be paid before delivery.

Does Urban Surfer offer simple UK returns via Royal Mail, and how does that work?

Yes - we offer a simple UK returns option via Royal Mail. You can generate a returns label through the Royal Mail website and post the parcel at a local Post Office. Returned items must be in full resalable condition with tags intact to qualify for the standard refund or exchange. The Royal Mail returns option is intended to streamline the process for UK customers; details are provided on the delivery and returns section of the site. Pack items carefully to avoid damage in transit, as damage during returns may affect your refund eligibility.

What payment methods does Urban Surfer accept and are any payment-specific limits noted?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The site also supports interest-free spread payments via PayPal from a minimum £30 spend, and Pay in 3 with Klarna. Refunds to PayPal can only be issued up to 60 days under certain conditions, after which PayPal’s fees may apply to you. We use secure payment processing and display the padlock symbol to show encryption on the checkout pages.
