Tredz offers FREE standard delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £30. The FREE delivery threshold applies to qualifying small items and is noted on the delivery information page. Orders over £30 that meet the small‑item size and weight criteria therefore won’t be charged the usual £2.95 standard delivery fee. There are a few exceptions for remote regions and for bulky or large items, which may not qualify for FREE delivery.
Bulky items (excluding bikes) typically incur a delivery charge of £9.99. For large items such as bikes and tag‑a‑longs the delivery cost shown is £30. Bikes are excluded from next‑day delivery to allow time for assembly and quality checks.
Tredz’s click & collect lets you buy online and pick up from a chosen retail store once the order is ready. You’ll get a confirmation email and further contact when the order’s available to collect during normal store opening hours. No separate click & collect charge is published, so collection is presented as a complimentary option. Don’t forget to bring ID and your confirmation email when collecting.

For bike returns that are unwanted or the wrong size there’s a specified £35 collection fee when Tredz arranges courier collection.
If an item is returned because it was sent in error, faulty or damaged, Tredz says it will refund return postage costs up to a maximum of £5 once the warranty or fault is confirmed. For wrongly sent items notified within seven working days, Tredz will refund postage costs up to the stated maximum. If your return costs exceed the published maximum, contact Tredz for help. Proof of postage and, where applicable, warranty confirmation will be needed to process the refund.
If a product looks faulty, email images of the defect to warranty@tredz.co.uk so the warranty team can assess it. For bikes, include photos of the frame number, a full‑side image of the bike, a picture of the fault if visible and the date of purchase to avoid delays. Many bikes and components are covered by manufacturer warranties, though common exclusions such as crash damage, normal wear and tear or improper installation apply. Tredz’s warranty team will advise on repair, replacement or return based on the manufacturer’s policy and the evidence you provide.
If you return an entire order and you originally paid for delivery, Tredz will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. The refund is limited to the standard delivery rate; any extra paid for expedited services won’t be fully refunded beyond that standard amount. If you only return part of an order then the paid delivery charge is not normally refunded. Tredz explains this with an example showing the standard delivery component refunded where applicable.
Tredz states that certain items can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons, including undergarments that have been worn and facemasks once their seal has been broken. Returned goods must include original packaging and tags and be in a resalable condition, otherwise they may be refused and potentially returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. You’re responsible for adequate packaging so items aren’t damaged in transit back to Tredz. Queries about returns outside the standard rules are handled via customer service.
