Ananya had her eye on a Zwift turbo trainer costing a total of £359.99 at Tredz, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at Tredz and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Ananya used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £194.39 - a massive saving of £165.60! Even better, since her final total exceeded the free delivery threshold of £30.00, she didn't have to pay the usual £2.95 delivery charge. The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and she decided to wait for the sale and see if her dreams would come true! After many good experiences, Ananya has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from Tredz.

Seasonal sales and flash events mean Tredz deals pop up all year - especially on clothing and accessories. Many shoppers wait for end-of-line reductions or mid-season promos to pick up bargains on helmets, shoes and jackets. Catching a 20% off event can make upgrading gear feel affordable and even a bit fun.
Beyond flash sales, manufacturer promos from brands like Oakley or Decathlon often show up among Tredz offers, so choices stay fresh. You’ll also spot bundle deals or limited-time price drops that can stack nicely with newsletter incentives. Keep an eye on the sale tabs to score long-term savings and more weekend adventures.
Browse bikes, clothing, accessories and components to find category-specific bargains across road, MTB and commuter ranges. Many riders save on helmets under £50, puncture kits or bike lights, which adds up to more rides and less worry. Cutting 20% off a jacket or drivetrain part means more money left for maintenance or days out.
Selected brands and clearance lines often carry the deepest reduced prices, so hunt the clearance and offers sections for genuine value. Seasonal stock rotation normally creates great deals on winter tyres or summer apparel. Top tip: shortlist must-haves and check back for restocks and price cuts to stretch your budget further.
Events like bank holiday sales and cycling-season promos bring targeted savings and limited-time Tredz offers. Many customers use buyer guides on e-bikes, road bikes and family choices to match deals with the right spec and avoid costly mistakes. A smart purchase on the right day can save you enough to fund a service or a new accessory.
There are also handy guides for schemes such as the Cycle to Work Scheme to maximise tax-free savings on bikes and accessories. Often pairing scheme purchases with manufacturer deals produces significant discounts and long-term benefit. Don’t forget to consult expert advice pages before committing to big buys to keep your peace of mind and wallet healthy.
Signing up for newsletters and loyalty updates often unlocks exclusive Tredz offers and early access to sales. Many shoppers treat this as a no-brainer - a simple sign-up can deliver immediate vouchers and ongoing deal alerts. Feeling part of a savings community makes hunting bargains more rewarding and sociable.
There are targeted perks for students, key workers and newsletter members which bring steady percentage savings. Often these small recurring discounts add up over the year and make maintenance or upgrades less painful. Beyond seasonal events, loyalty perks help your savings stretch further if you’re a regular cyclist.
Free standard UK delivery usually kicks in at a modest spend threshold, so bundling accessories can avoid postage fees and reduce stress. Many shoppers plan baskets to hit FREE delivery and enjoy the simple delight of a lower final total. Cutting delivery costs means more budget for weekend rides and upgrades.
Returns are generous, with a long return window and clear conditions for resaleable items, so buying with confidence is easier. Often FREE returns or extended windows remove the risk of online sizing errors or wrong fits. Don’t forget to repackage items properly to avoid delays and keep the process smooth.
Look out for extras like 14 days FREE Cycleplan insurance or 0% APR finance on larger purchases to spread costs and protect your bike. Many buyers value these services because they remove upfront stress and give you time to choose the right cover. Feeling secure about a purchase makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
In-store services, trained mechanics and Cycle to Work calculators also help you make smarter choices when collecting or servicing a bike. Often using a service bundle or workshop voucher saves time and keeps your bike in top condition. Small savings on servicing add up to more safe, carefree miles on the road.

Tredz charges £2.95 for standard UK delivery on orders below the FREE delivery threshold. This service is dispatched with DHL and aims for an approximate 48‑hour delivery to mainland UK addresses. The £2.95 rate applies to small items that weigh under 2kg and fit within the specified small parcel dimensions. Delivery to some outlying regions may carry different charges, which are listed separately for bulky and large items.
Tredz offers FREE standard delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £30. The FREE delivery threshold applies to qualifying small items and is noted on the delivery information page. Orders over £30 that meet the small‑item size and weight criteria therefore won’t be charged the usual £2.95 standard delivery fee. There are a few exceptions for remote regions and for bulky or large items, which may not qualify for FREE delivery.
Bulky items (excluding bikes) typically incur a delivery charge of £9.99. For large items such as bikes and tag‑a‑longs the delivery cost shown is £30. These charges apply when items exceed the small parcel size or weight thresholds set by Tredz. Regional exceptions for islands and remote areas may apply and are identified on the delivery information page.
Next‑day delivery from Tredz costs £5 for standard‑sized items when ordered by the specified cut‑off time. Where next‑day is available for large items, the charge is £7.50. Next‑day deliveries come with a two‑hour delivery slot on working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays from the delivery day count. Bikes are excluded from next‑day delivery to allow time for assembly and quality checks.
Tredz’s click & collect lets you buy online and pick up from a chosen retail store once the order is ready. You’ll get a confirmation email and further contact when the order’s available to collect during normal store opening hours. No separate click & collect charge is published, so collection is presented as a complimentary option. Don’t forget to bring ID and your confirmation email when collecting.
Tredz offers students 7% off eligible purchases. The student discount excludes certain brands and nearly new bikes, and it can’t be used alongside other promotions. You’ll need to verify your student status via the checkout or discount process and the offer is subject to its terms and conditions. Tredz reserves the right to amend or withdraw the student discount at any time.
Tredz takes part in the Blue Light Card scheme and offers a 7% discount to eligible NHS, social care and emergency services workers via a Blue Light discount code. Apply the code at checkout to get the discount, noting exclusions such as certain brands and finance purchases. The Blue Light offer can’t be combined with other promotions and is governed by the scheme’s terms shown on the site. Customers should follow the Blue Light Card process to obtain and use the code.
Tredz runs a price match policy where you can ask for a match if you’ve found the same product cheaper from a UK competitor. Live chat is recommended for the fastest response; enquiries sent outside live chat are usually replied to within 12 hours. The competitor’s price must include delivery, be identical in specification, and be listed on the competitor’s UK website to be considered. All price‑match cases go through eligibility checks and Tredz may decline or amend matches.
Tredz accepts returns of unwanted items for up to 365 days from the date of receipt for a refund, exchange or repair as appropriate. Returned items should be complete, unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, with the returns form enclosed. For hygiene and safety reasons some items such as worn undergarments and opened facemasks can’t be accepted. Top tip: get proof of dispatch when returning goods, as they remain your responsibility until received.
Tredz lists specific return postage options and fees: Royal Mail returns are charged at £3.00, and the Asda toyou drop‑off service is also shown at £3.00 for qualifying parcel sizes. For larger returned items, courier collection is available with a £20 fee when returning a larger unwanted or wrong‑size item. For bike returns that are unwanted or the wrong size there’s a specified £35 collection fee when Tredz arranges courier collection.
If an item is returned because it was sent in error, faulty or damaged, Tredz says it will refund return postage costs up to a maximum of £5 once the warranty or fault is confirmed. For wrongly sent items notified within seven working days, Tredz will refund postage costs up to the stated maximum. If your return costs exceed the published maximum, contact Tredz for help. Proof of postage and, where applicable, warranty confirmation will be needed to process the refund.
If a product looks faulty, email images of the defect to warranty@tredz.co.uk so the warranty team can assess it. For bikes, include photos of the frame number, a full‑side image of the bike, a picture of the fault if visible and the date of purchase to avoid delays. Many bikes and components are covered by manufacturer warranties, though common exclusions such as crash damage, normal wear and tear or improper installation apply. Tredz’s warranty team will advise on repair, replacement or return based on the manufacturer’s policy and the evidence you provide.
If you return an entire order and you originally paid for delivery, Tredz will refund the cost of Standard Delivery to your country. The refund is limited to the standard delivery rate; any extra paid for expedited services won’t be fully refunded beyond that standard amount. If you only return part of an order then the paid delivery charge is not normally refunded. Tredz explains this with an example showing the standard delivery component refunded where applicable.
Tredz states that certain items can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons, including undergarments that have been worn and facemasks once their seal has been broken. Returned goods must include original packaging and tags and be in a resalable condition, otherwise they may be refused and potentially returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. You’re responsible for adequate packaging so items aren’t damaged in transit back to Tredz. Queries about returns outside the standard rules are handled via customer service.
Tredz offers finance on orders over £99 and 0% APR deals subject to eligibility, though some discount schemes are excluded when using finance. The site also accepts Cycle to Work certificates from most national schemes and provides a process for redeeming certificates at checkout. If you use a Cycle to Work provider such as Cyclescheme, the certificate can be redeemed through the online checkout for quicker fulfilment. Terms and exclusions for finance and Cycle to Work purchases are outlined on the relevant service pages.
