During busy times standard orders may take longer, so please allow up to 15 days in exceptional cases. Once your parcel has been dispatched we’ll send an email confirmation, including tracking information where available.
Yes - standard UK delivery is FREE on orders over £55. We apply this threshold automatically at checkout, so you don’t need to do anything. Free delivery uses the same Royal Mail or courier services as standard orders and usually arrives in 1–2 working days. Any exceptional delays will be communicated to you.
Next‑day delivery costs £6.50 when your order is placed before 4pm on a working day. We ship next‑day parcels via a tracked courier service and aim to dispatch same day for qualifying orders. Orders placed after the cut‑off, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. You’ll get tracking details so you can follow the delivery progress.
Delivery to EU countries is charged at £12 per order. We send EU parcels via a tracked service and advise allowing 7–14 working days for delivery. Please be aware that import taxes or customs duties in the destination country may be payable by the recipient - the retailer is not responsible for any local import charges on delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £18 per order. We send these international parcels via a tracked service and suggest allowing up to 21 working days for delivery. You can return items to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals intact where applicable. We aim to process returns on the same day goods are received into our returns facility. Specific items such as swimwear and shoes have hygiene and try‑on conditions that must be met for a refund.
Exchanges returned to us from within the UK are FREE of charge. Refunds for UK returns incur a £2.50 deduction, which is automatically removed from the refunded amount to cover return postage. Returns from outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility and any postage costs must be paid by the sender. We recommend getting proof of postage if you return items at your own expense.
Swimwear cannot be refunded if the hygiene seal has been removed, for health and safety reasons. Shoes should only be tried on indoors and returned in a condition suitable for resale, with original packaging and swing tags attached. We will not refund items returned without the original packaging and tags or that show signs of wear beyond indoor try‑on. These conditions help protect hygiene and resale standards.
Our online returns portal issues either a QR code or a printable postage label for returns. You can present the QR code or attach the label and drop the parcel at any UK Post Office to complete the return. The portal guides you through whether your return is for an exchange or refund and calculates any applicable charges, such as the £2.50 refund fee. Once we receive your return, we aim to process it the same day.
We provide a one‑year guarantee on our bottoms covering shape, colour retention, manufacturing defects and fabric defects. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, incorrect washing that diverges from the care instructions, or damage arising after one year from purchase. To make a claim you must supply the item for inspection along with the receipt or invoice and a description of the fault. Claims are assessed on receipt and we’ll let you know whether a replacement is provided under the guarantee.
We offer a FREE legging repair service as part of our sustainability commitments. Please contact customer service to arrange sending items in for repair. Once repaired, the leggings are returned to you without charge for postage. This service is designed to extend product life and reduce waste.
Returns received by us are normally processed on the same day they arrive at the returns facility. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method using the same form of payment. Please allow the usual banking processing time after the refund has been issued for the funds to appear. Exchanges are processed and resent at no extra cost where applicable.
