Orders placed on the UK site are shipped from YOOX’s warehouse in Bologna, Italy, which is listed as the fulfilment location. Delivery attempts are usually made Monday to Friday during business hours and, if UPS can’t complete delivery, parcels are taken to the nearest UPS Access Point. Check your tracking info and contact UPS for missed deliveries or to arrange collection.
Yes - duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout for purchases on the UK site, so you shouldn’t be charged extra on delivery. An invoice is issued for each order and sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation email. If you contact Customer Care and use the pre‑printed return label, YOOX won’t charge return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Returned items for this reason must be handed to the courier within 60 days of receipt and returned in the same condition as received. YOOX will tell you the appropriate remedy - repair, replacement or refund - under the Returns and Guarantees provisions.
Products sold on the site are covered by guarantees for lack of conformity in line with applicable law. For UK consumers, the General Terms state remedy periods that follow local rules. Consumers may have up to 6 years to assert lack of conformity claims in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (and 5 years in Scotland), provided they inform the vendor within 2 months from the day the lack of conformity is detected. The returns proforma invoice that accompanies the parcel must be completed in triplicate, with the items being returned ticked, the total value stated and an original signature on each copy, then placed in the transparent envelope provided and attached to the outside of the parcel. Incomplete proforma documents can cause customs hold‑ups and return the package to the sender, delaying your refund. Customer Care stresses that missing or incomplete paperwork can prevent customs clearance of returns to the Italian warehouse.
