Zuri had her eye on a Ribble road bike costing a total of £1248.00 at Ribble Cycles, and had recently received a 10% off voucher code in an email. She had heard rumours of an upcoming 40% clearance sale at Ribble Cycles and wanted to check the savings she could make on the off chance that they would accept the voucher code on an already discounted product. Zuri used our calculator and discovered that by applying both the sale discount AND the voucher together, her basket would drop to just £673.92 - a massive saving of £574.08! The calculator showed her exactly how each discount stacked up and finally added on the £5.00 delivery charge so she had the full picture! After many good experiences, Zuri has trusted PriceDash for many years as her source of validated codes and often visits us when she needs to order from Ribble Cycles.

Hunting for Ribble Cycles discount codes? Sign up to the newsletter for early access - it often sends cash-off voucher codes and exclusive offers. Top tip: use a code on a sale bike to FREE up funds for accessories, leaving more in your pocket for your next adventure. Don’t forget to check expiry dates so you don’t miss the saving.
Lots of shoppers spot Ribble Cycles voucher codes during seasonal promos and test-ride events, so it pays to be ready. With a saved code you can shave a chunk off a new hybrid or gravel bike and enjoy the simple thrill of paying less for something you love. Keep an eye on emails and social posts for flash discounts that show up with little warning.
Ribble Cycles deals often include up to 30% off selected road, gravel and electric bikes during summer sales, which can mean hundreds saved. With targeted sales and bundle promotions you can reduce overall spend and still get a premium build from BikeBuilder or pre-configured ranges. A good deal can mean more weekend trips, not more debt.
Many offers also cover accessories like lights, locks and saddles, so you can kit up safely without breaking the bank. Don’t forget 0% finance deals on orders over a set amount - these spread the cost and keep monthly budgets calmer. Beyond seasonal events, these special offers make upgrading gear feel much more achievable.
Across categories you’ll find savings on hybrid, gravel, electric and road bike lines, plus frames and components that suit commuters and weekend riders. With model-year clearances and selective component discounts you can trim the price on a high-spec build and enjoy the ride sooner. Cutting 20% off a new gravel setup means more cash left for maintenance or kit.
Accessories often fall into clearance or bundle pricing, helping you get lights, racks and locks together for less than buying separately. Top tip: pairing a discounted frame with a sale groupset can deliver big savings and a personalised ride through CustomColour options. Many buyers use sales to invest in upgrades that improve comfort and longevity.
Seasonal events - summer sales and bank-holiday promotions included - are prime times to hunt Ribble Cycles offers, especially on test-ride eligible models. Buyer guides help you work out whether a hybrid or electric bike suits your routine, which avoids costly returns and buyer’s remorse. The emotional benefit is simple: confident buying saves time and money.
Often the 30-day home test ride is paired with limited-time discounts to help you decide without pressure, so you can try before committing. Don’t forget to read event terms and ETA notes on pre-orders to avoid surprises when delivery times stretch. Beyond buying events, guides help you spot the best value upgrades and seasonal savings.
Many customers report extra perks from signing up to newsletters or joining loyalty schemes, such as early access to Ribble Cycles offers and member-only promotions. With regular updates you’ll hear about exclusive flash sales and occasional loyalty discounts that make premium gear more affordable. The reward is steady savings that add up over time.
Don’t forget VIP newsletter deals sometimes include test-ride incentives or accessory bundles, which boost value without raising cost. Top tip: combine loyalty perks with finance offers to manage cash flow while still getting a great bike. Beyond seasonal events, loyalty perks make savings stretch further for regular riders.
Delivery options include tracked courier services and showroom collection for those who prefer hands-on pickup, which can save on shipping charges. With clear ETA updates and the option to collect from a local showroom you’ll reduce waiting stress and avoid unexpected costs. The emotional win is peace of mind knowing your long-awaited bike arrives when expected.
Returns are straightforward thanks to the 30-day test ride policy and a three-year frame warranty on many models, so you can swap or return without lengthy hassle. Don’t forget to review return windows and packaging requirements to protect your refund or exchange. Often a smooth return process saves time and prevents buyer regret.
Services such as BikeBuilder customisation, workshop build and professional fitting help you get a one-of-a-kind ride that’s comfortable and ready to go. With optional extras like wheel builds, suspension setup and post-purchase support you’ll maintain performance and avoid extra spend on fixes later. The benefit is immediate confidence on the road and fewer surprise bills.
Many riders take advantage of 0% finance, test-ride options and comprehensive aftercare to spread cost and protect their investment. Top tip: book a professional fit or pre-delivery check to reduce the risk of returns and ensure long-term savings. Beyond parts and frames, these services keep your riding experience smooth and cost-effective.

Ribble Cycles says standard untracked delivery for parts and accessories starts at £5, with tracked delivery from £7. Despatch for most parts and accessories is quoted as 2–3 working days, and deliveries typically take 2–4 working days. Any aerosols or flammable items are sent via tracked delivery from £7 and may have longer despatch windows. Top tip: check the specific product page at checkout to see the exact delivery option applied to your order.
Bikes are built to the despatch date shown at order and standard bikes normally take 48 hours in the post from despatch. Parts and accessories despatch in 2–3 working days while bikes, frames and hand-built wheels may take longer and are usually ready for store collection or dispatch in 14 working days. Express bikes are generally dispatched within 48 hours but delivery timing can be affected by the carrier used. If a promised delivery date can’t be met, Ribble Cycles gives the option to cancel for a full refund or proceed and receive a refund of any delivery charges.
Yes - Click & Collect is available via Ribble showrooms, though not directly from the factory. Showroom stock is held for a maximum of 14 days. Note that showroom deliveries arrive once per week, so a bike may reach a showroom slightly after the dispatch date shown. Express bike orders still arrive on the weekly showroom drop, which can cause a short delay. Don’t forget to bring your order confirmation when collecting; you may be asked for ID if the purchase involved finance or Cycle to Work vouchers.
Ribble Cycles confirms it does not accept Blue Light or military discounts. Discount codes are accepted at checkout where applicable, but Blue Light and military-specific reductions are explicitly excluded. So don’t expect an automatic concession for these groups when ordering online - any available discounts are applied in line with the site’s promotions policy.
Ribble provides a three-year manufacturer’s warranty for Ribble branded frames and forks against structural manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. This three-year cover applies to frames and forks sold after 1 February 2018 and starts from the date the bike is received. Other Ribble branded items carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Third-party components have their own manufacturer warranties and Ribble points customers to those suppliers for specific terms.
Third-party components (for example Shimano, Mavic and Mahle) are covered by the component manufacturer’s own warranty rather than Ribble’s frame warranty. Ribble will consider claims according to the suppliers’ individual terms and conditions and signpost customers to the manufacturer warranty pages. Any replacement goods under warranty depend on stock availability at the time of a successful claim. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Ribble Cycles will match a promotional price if the exact model and groupset in your order are included in a live promotion, provided the original order didn’t already include a discount and the order has not yet been dispatched. How the price match is handled depends on payment method: refunds go back to the original card for card payments, reductions are applied to a V12 finance loan, and Cycle to Work matches require a new voucher before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched Ribble cannot apply a price match. All price-match requests are reviewed individually and Ribble reserves the right to refuse a claim.
Unwanted items can be returned by post within 90 days of delivery provided they are 'as new' and unused, and returned in the original packaging. Items should not have been used or fitted unless being returned under a fault claim; postage for unwanted returns will not be refunded. Complete the returns form included with the parcel and attach the return label from the invoice to the parcel. Items returned without the correct form or in a used condition may take longer to process or may be rejected under the returns policy.
Ribble operates a 30-day test period on bike purchases, during which a bike may be returned provided wear is limited to expected light use and there is no other damage. Email within 30 days of receipt to begin the returns process and return the bike clean, in original packaging and assembled as when received. Bikes bought on finance or via Cycle to Work are not eligible for the 30-day test ride return, nor are certain bespoke or limited-edition bikes. Accessories fitted to the bike are excluded from the 30-day policy and follow the normal returns procedure.
Fees apply for changing or returning a bike: a £50 workshop fee for model exchange or frame size swaps and an £80 re-stocking fee for refunds of bikes. Replacement packaging, if required, is charged at £25, and bikes returned in a dirty condition incur a £30 cleaning charge. These fees cover workshop time, restocking and packaging costs related to bespoke builds and returns. Try to follow the test ride terms to avoid these charges where possible.
Ribble will refund return postage costs for incorrect, damaged or faulty items up to a maximum of £25 when a postage receipt is supplied. If return postage is expected to exceed £25, contact Ribble by telephone or email so a collection can be arranged instead. Where Ribble is at fault, the company will arrange replacements or refunds as appropriate once the error or fault has been confirmed. Any shortages or delivery errors must be notified within 30 days of receiving the goods.
For some larger boxed bike deliveries requiring two-person handling and extra care, Ribble uses a specialist DX-2 delivery service. DX-2 does not deliver to every postcode every day and may provide deliveries only once per week or up to three times a week in certain regions. Ribble advises customers to check DX-2 delivery availability for their area or contact customer service for guidance. DX-2 deliveries are made Monday to Friday and do not operate on bank holidays.
Delivery fees cannot be paid separately for Cycle to Work orders; the voucher must cover the full order cost including delivery. Any quote provided for a Cycle to Work purchase on the site will therefore include the delivery charge so it can be covered by the voucher. This keeps Cycle to Work administration straightforward and in line with scheme guidelines. Make sure your voucher amount accounts for any delivery option chosen at checkout.
Despatch times are quoted as 2–3 working days for most parts and accessories, with standard UK delivery estimated at 2–4 working days thereafter. Aerosols and flammable items are usually despatched in 1–2 working days but are sent via tracked delivery and may take 2–5 working days in transit. Touch-up paint is custom mixed and may take up to seven days to despatch. Always consult the product page for any specific despatch variations or exceptions.
Once a refund has been processed it will be applied to the original payment source and customers should allow up to ten working days for the refund to show in their account. Ribble aims to complete processing of returned items within three working days of receipt, after which the refund is issued. Time for funds to appear can vary depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer. Any queries about refund status should be directed to Ribble Cycles’ customer service team.
Ribble accepts Cycle to Work schemes for bicycle purchases, including discounted bikes from outlet or clearance sections, subject to the provider’s rules. For Cycle to Work purchases, the voucher must cover the full order amount including delivery charges, and the site notes that matching certain promotions for Cycle to Work orders may require presentation of a new voucher before dispatch. The company also outlines procedures for securing promotional prices within defined time windows for Cycle to Work quotes. Check with your specific Cycle to Work provider for exact scheme rules.
CustomColour bikes are bespoke and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded under the normal returns policy because personalisation work begins from order. Bespoke CustomColour bikes are explicitly exempt from the standard right-to-cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for personalised goods. Be certain of your choices for CustomColour orders before confirming the purchase, and raise any queries with Ribble Cycles customer service prior to ordering.
