The store will hold orders for seven days and will email you when your order is ready. If Tooled Up can’t supply a product because it’s out of stock or unavailable they will email you and refund any payment already taken in full, including delivery costs where applicable. The company won’t process the order and will notify you of the cancellation and refund promptly. Prices and availability can change and occasional pricing errors may occur, in which case Tooled Up may contact you before dispatch. Check dispatch confirmations and contact customer services if an expected delivery doesn’t arrive.
Tooled Up will keep a Click & Collect order in the Enfield store for seven days from the date they notify you that the order is ready. If you can’t collect within that period contact Tooled Up to arrange an extension. Payment for Click & Collect orders is taken in-store at collection, and you must bring the order confirmation. If the order isn’t collected and no extension is arranged, Tooled Up’s standard procedures for uncollected goods will apply.
