This standard service applies to UK postal addresses only, and the card used to pay must be registered to a UK address. The itemised delivery times don’t apply to Special Delivery options, which are separate and subject to cut‑off times. There’s no extra charge for same‑day posting when the voucher pack is the standard included pack, although Special Delivery at a separate cost remains an option. If you’re not satisfied with a voucher pack you must call within 28 days of purchase to arrange a full refund - delivery charges will be excluded. If we cancel an experience we’ll tell you as soon as possible and will try to offer an alternative date or location wherever feasible. When specific items such as celebrities or vehicles are featured but unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we’ll try to provide a suitable replacement. We’ll seek alternative arrangements to limit disruption, and you should contact customer services for help in such cases. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or other error we’ll contact you and refund any monies paid; refunds in such cases will be processed within five working days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where errors are discovered, and we’ll offer you the opportunity to place a new order if you wish. Refunds go back to the original payment card, and you’ll be informed promptly of the cancellation. This process is separate from standard returns and doesn’t affect refunds due under the normal 28‑day rights where applicable.
