How the calculator works: an example

Example: you're buying a spa day with 3 treatments at Red Letter Days for £129.99, and you have a 10% off code. If a 40% sale is on and the code also works on sale items, the sale takes off £52.00 and the code a further £7.80, so the basket drops to £70.19: a saving of £59.80. Press “Fill in the example” to see it worked out, or put in your own basket, sale and code. Whether a code works on sale items depends on its terms.

Why is my Red Letter Days voucher code not working?

Red Letter Days says a code may fail because the promotion has ended, the item is non-discountable, the code is mistyped, the code excludes that product or category, or it is a single-use code already used. Only one code works per order, and an item with no code box is already at its best price.
